Kim by Rudyard Kipling. I was made to read this short novel in 5th grade but had no clue what it was all about. Recently I bought the Modern Library edition on Ebay and, with the help of the Internet (and Alexa), I was able to get through it, fulfilling a promise to myself 60 years ago that some day I would reread it and figure out what the hell it was all about.

I also read that Vitamin D deficiency may play a role in mortality rates of Covid-19. That may explain why African-Americans tend to have more severe symptoms of Covid-19. 40% of American adults are vitamin D deficient but for African-Americans, that number may be nearly double at 76% - this may result from blacks having larger amounts of the pigment melanin in the epidermal layer that reduce the skin's ability to produce vitamin D from sunlight.

The empathy on this forum sometimes is underwhelming
I agree. Making flippant remarks about someone's misfortune is not an admirable trait. From what I read, Alam is a hardworking, pleasant, and honest young man who provides services that should be, it seems to me, a valued commodity especially by members of THIS site. Keeping large amounts of money in one's home is not a particularly smart move, but perhaps there are personal and cultural reasons for doing so, none of which are anybody's business but his. Whatever the reason, I hope he recoups his money, the villain is apprehended, and Alam continues to provides his services.

(I'm guilty)I'm like you, a big dick covers a multitude of sins, even the "sin" of getting older. I find Casey sexy, with or without blond hair, and being 35 (or older) is fine with me. Anyway, he's on tour and I am tempted, even though I was surprised that, at least in his most recent vids, he seems to prefer bottoming (or maybe he always did, as his ad states).

Anyone ever meet or know Scrappy/Caleb from best flex? I'm interested in possibly meeting with him after this is all over on my next trip to FLL.
I contacted Caleb in March, 2019, when he lived in Kentucky. I asked about rates and his services. He was very quick (and friendly) in his reply:
"Hey yeah
so I usually ask 400 for meet ups. I keep my underwear on. Muscle worship stuff only. But I don’t mind wrestling or getting into roleplays and stuff if you like that. I’m actually in Lexington but the drive is no problem."That was a bit over my budget, especially for what he is willing to do. Perhaps his repertoire has changed over the past year. Hope this helps.

Bryan appears to have a history of unfortunate remarks regarding Jews, blacks, and overweight folks. His own Twitter feed is now "Protected" so that only certain people have access. Nice guy.

This may seem like an odd one, and he's not really an actor. But Chuck Todd on NBC/MSNBC. His eyes constantly look upward to the heavens or he quickly glances off to his left side, like he's reaching for divine inspiration, or his thoughts are so deep that he must look away. It's become so distracting I can't even watch him anymore. Pretty trivial, but it's one of those mannerisms that drive you crazy once you notice.
Ari Melber also has his distracting habit of looking down (I guess at a monitor) whenever a guest is responding. Ari is so cool, though, I still watch him.

When I was in Fort Lauderdale in January I saw "Vlad Parker" on Grindr - or at least a photo of Vlad Parker. I am not arguing one way or the other about Bryan's sexuality, as it is none of my business. I'm just pointing out that, if he's trying to deter folks from assuming he's gay, he's not doing a very good job of it.

NY Times article today states that scientists now have data indicating that having Type A blood was linked to a 50 percent increase in the likelihood that a patient with Covid-19 would need to get oxygen or to go on a ventilator. "It’s not the first time Type A blood has turned up as a possible risk. Chinese scientists who examined patient blood types also found that those with Type A were more likely to develop a serious case of Covid-19." I guess those of us with A blood type need to be especially careful.

You're correct, you can't use roses anymore in the headline, at least not the emoji rose. I have, however, seen guys use a "picture/photo" of a small rose in their Profile photo. I think someone on here stated that he has used an ATM emoji though, having been banned once before, that seems a bit risky. I think your "About Me" description is more impt than your headline. I usually add something like "I'm and older Gent interested in a quick hookup" and "can be helpful" or "I realize that your time is worth something" or something to that effect. I usually get several offers per day like "you gen?" or "how helpful are you?" When I first starting using Grindr a year ago I got banned for being too explicit in trying to get a "date." However, if you have a paid subscription and get banned you can use another email address and then use the "Restore Purchase" to get going again. I have had some pretty good luck with connecting with some hot guys, and I have been especially successful in larger cities like Chicago and Fort Lauderdale.
