I sometimes have a monkey massage my clients (only when they are laying prone and can’t see what I’m doing). My monkey does their back etc while I catch up with the paperwork and put some washing on. He’s very good, no one notices the difference. I’ve trained him not to bite my clients’ nuts (although some clients were quite partial to that 😳). 
Unfortunately now I’ll have to lay him off. If anyone has work for a massage trained monkey please let me know. 
Seriously though… this condition is just another thing to be mindful of when giving or receiving massage. If you’ve any skin conditions or any contra indications for massage then don’t have a massage, or give one! Get yourself checked regularly at the clinic, be body aware about what to look for, use good masseurs who follow proper hygiene protocols. Avoid those who subcontract their work to monkeys…🙊

I'll agree with this too. Older clients usually know what they like, and what they want, and will be able to say so. That helps me engage more fully and have more fun. Younger guys may be less experienced and/or hesitant to ask for what they really want, so it can be harder to connect and have what feels like a mutually engaging time. Of course these are generalizations, but it's to contrast with what people might assume that escorts would prefer younger clients.
I've had plenty of clients in their 70s and 80s, and we have lots of fun. Climaxing may or may not be on the table, and we're able to approach that with maturity. There are so many fun things to do together that don't focus on climaxing, so we'll do all that. Plus I like the conversations with older clients, they often have a lot of interesting things to talk about and I enjoy that. So if a guy like @The Big Guy gets in touch and gives his age, I'm grateful and look forward to the appointment.
And I'm not just saying all this to tell people what they might want to hear... I really mean it!

Most if not not all my clients have been older men, the way they're treated is no different regardless of age.

And if the polish puts you off, maybe examine your internalized misogyny and femme-phobia.

I find threads like this to be very childish.  I often remind myself of all the things providers have to endure, i.e, clients of all shapes and sizes who expect providers to sexually perform at a moment’s notice, bad client personal hygiene issues, smoker’s breath, clients being pissed off because they only got 57.3 minutes instead of a full hour, clients complaining his dick is only 7.5 in when he advertised 8 in.The list goes on and on.  And yet there are those of us here concerned about nail polish.  
 
And spare me the comments that you’re paying good money to get what you want.  I don’t want to hear them.
