Should be safe in freezer and ok to use ??

Very difficult. All apocalyptic baking supplies like flour and yeast have been next to impossible to get. I use my own sourdough starter for breads, but use yeast for aforementioned pizza dough. Even supply of whole wheat berries to “grind your own” have been in shorter supply. Like hand sanitizer and masks...I have found some of my orders made online for flour… Get self canceled! I found a 50# bag of high quality bread flour online finally yesterday and it shipped via UPS, my brother and a couple others will divvy this up with me. Yes freezes well and never gets bugs!

Today I made semolina bread and croissant dough from own sourdough/leavain. All ferments overnight. Will continue with croissant tomorrow and bake the semolina bread. Made some almond flour shortbread cookies. Fed the sourdough starter. All done fully clothed ?

Frozen pizza makes me shudder. I make my own pizza dough from scratch using Italian Tipo 00 flour and never look back.

I get soooooo tired of the “buy him a sandwich” here in The Spa and elsewhere on the forum. If a provider isn’t your type, move on. How is commenting on your personal opinion of a person’s physique helpful in moving a topic forward. Thanks @Dmitri

Just got back from my local SoCal Sprouts. Store empty of customers, most Food shelves full. Some staples/flours/cereals a little low but not empty. Full supplies of produce, meat, dairy. Limit on certain items like eggs… I got two 18 packs ?? I mostly went in for some fresh basil for tonight’s Lenten Good Friday pesto. I needed very few items, Whole Foods and Instacart have been taking good care of me at home. Also Imperfect Produce.

That said, distributing could be a problem and wholesale plants like meatpackers closing down due to illness is problematic. biggest problem is probably panic buying, and hoarding by consumers at regular grocery stores.
