I'm so sorry to hear this news. Oliver I'm sending many many warm hugs to you. Epigonos set the standard for how to make the initial contact with a provider. He made sure he reminded me how good he was in doing so. LOL
He also invited me to accompany him on a weekend get away. It was my first time "traveling" I was a nervous wreck. He quickly put me at ease and gave me an wonderful New Orleans Adventure. 
The years that followed included many Prime Rib Holiday Dinners. His home was always decorated like Winter Wonderland. One year I commented oh how much I admired his coveted Santa Cookie Jar. He gave it to me a few years back after one of our dinners. I will be sad putting it out this year but I will think about the many delicious holiday meals we shared together and that will make me smile.

Like many of you I first met Epigones at an early PS gathering. He was a prince of a man, never one to leave you in doubt as to what he thought and believed, a gracious host, an outstanding cook  and a friend. Yes, he has left us, but his memory will long live with us.

It is with a very heavy heart that I must tell you that my very dear friend, Epigonos, is no longer with us.  I was informed this evening by a close friend that it occured apparently last night in his sleep.  Ironically yesterday was his birthday.
Please help me through this.  Thank you.

I only knew him through the Palm Springs gatherings and by his posts here.  When I was in his company, he was gracious, welcoming and he generated a real sense of personal warmth.  He spoke in a way that assured me that he had enjoyed his life in his younger years working in education and in retirement, living the life of a man of leisure and embracing each minute.   
I find myself moved beyond that which I would expect under these circumstances and I think that reflects his ability to make a large impact even in short encounters.  
I know he will be missed and remembered.  
Oliver, stay strong.  I believe he would only want you to celebrate his life and not grieve his passing.

Well, wish me luck, friends. I'm leaving for Annapolis in a minute for the rehearsal this afternoon and rehearsal dinner tonight, and wedding tomorrow. It makes me think of dropping Navy Twin off for plebe summer years ago and how emotional we all were. This is a different kind of emotion. I will update, probably not until it's all wrapped up, and I may (gasp) do that in a new thread to reflect the changes.

Superman obviously is terrible in bed ;being faster than a speeding bullet and all.  
The Flash similarly is likely to suffer from being too fast.
Batman should be able to do it upside down, so that seems like it may add some kink to the encounter.
We know that Spiderman and Tarzan are both swingers so I figure they would be into some group scenes.  
It is a shame that The Thing cannot have sex when he is rock hard.   
So it seems that many Superheroes are neither super nor heroes in bed.  I think the villains might be better as, lets be honest, we all love a bad boy.
