  1. No real future? What were you looking for, a husband? You say he fulfilled your needs as a masseur and a training coach. And you had feelings for him. He probably sensed that, and that is why maybe he was reluctant to disclose his marital status. You don’t say how you went about finding that out. I hope it wasn’t in an unsavoury fashion. Nevertheless it was you who tried to cross the boundaries of what is after all a transactional relationship. He was providing a service for money. I think your expectations were unrealistic.
  2. I think someday you may live to regret your reaction. It all depends. I have a regular provider who over time let me know he has a wife and child. Because we get on so well in the bedroom, it didn't faze me. Previously I had also discovered his real name. Our relationship was built on mutual trust and slowly revealing ourselves to each other, altho I tend to be an open book. But a provider sometimes needs to take longer to trust his client. I try not to judge people and try to see things from their perspective.
  3. 2025 was a pretty good year for me regarding providers. Most of my sessions were excellent. They were a mix of ones I had seen previously and a few new ones, maybe 5 or so. One was a regular and we did mostly overnights. He is great and I will continue to see him. One I was ultimately disappointed in but maybe we weren’t a good fit so no recriminations. Of the newbies, they were all good but one I wouldn’t repeat. Just not a good fit. In all I had a great year for a 77/78 yo.
  4. I wanted to see if anyone was looking.
  5. Some would say giving head is not sex. lol
  6. I remember that club. I was there in that time, 1980/81. The bookstore was on the main level and there was a doorway which led to stairs that went up to the second level. I hesitated for the longest time, watching a stream of men heading up the stairs. Something held me back and I left the bookstore without venturing up to the sex club. I was always glad I didn’t go. Unbeknownst to us was the danger lurking in a virus that was spreading silently in sex clubs like the Jaguar. Within a year it burst forth on the gay community.
  7. He’s arrived at a very cold time in the winter. Lots of people are hunkering down. Hopefully things will warm up soon.
  8. I thought they were all fired.
  9. Was that in San Francisco?
  10. I would be surprised if their skating was good. There is nothing in their backgrounds to suggest they could play hockey competently. I was forced to play hockey as a young boy in a private school for boys in Canada and hated it. Later in life I learned to enjoy skating as a recreational sport but no pressure to perform athletic feats on the rink.
  11. I’ll say one thing though on looking back at one of his so called triumphs. That outfit he dressed Jackie Kennedy in to marry Aristotle Onassis was dreadful and her hair was awful too. Will not go down in history as one of his most elegant creations and in fact I think will be regarded as a failure. OTOH the creations he whipped up for real European royal weddings were classics.
  12. There are risks to addiction to shopping or fine dining as well. Shopaholics can ruin themselves financially and too much rich food can damage your health.
  13. And they can’t even skate. Lol
  14. Would be interesting to know how many inches you require in depth soundings.
  15. That ‘35 hurricane was legendary and resulted in a public rebuke of the government by none other than Ernest Hemingway. He was one of the first to arrive in the aftermath and witnessed hundreds of corpses hanging from the trees. The victims were mostly Black army veterans from WWI working on relief projects. Hemingway alleged they had been left to die by an uncaring government. He lashed the feds with his mighty pen.
  16. If I could ask, what kind of food were you consuming all day. Was it healthful nutrition or not so much as in fast food/junk food?
  17. Well that was sort of obvious when I first saw it, which is why I laffed.
  18. How old is he now?
  19. Very interesting discussion. Only got thru half but will revisit.
  20. He and his style certainly enjoyed longevity in the fashion business. From Sophia Loren, Audrey Hepburn through Jackie Kennedy to Julia Roberts and others, his dresses will go down in history as the best of the best.
  21. I would tell mom I needed massage therapy because of some sprained muscles in my back. And the first one didn’t do such a great job so I hired a different one who was a bit better. That leaves room for looking for a third, and fourth…
  22. Especially striking is the finding that anti gay bias is increasing amongst the younger folks.
  23. I find this to be a very misogynistic piece of entertainment, if it can be called that. Very distasteful.
  24. There’s a name for the client you described. It’s shyster.
