  1. What happens when the sand blows?
  2. Not sure about an age discrepancy. The video was shot in 2020 which would align with his age being 74 or so now.
  3. Look at that guy on the right side of the photo. Only in Paris.
  4. I remember having lunch there with my sister’s godmother who took the four of us siblings. That would be in the 1950’s and it was an art deco interior altho at that age I wasn’t aware of the meaning of the style. The only thing I remember about the food was the dessert which was an ice cream cone served on a dish upside down with a clown face on the ball of ice cream.
  5. I was doing that at the gym today. But nobody noticed me.
  6. When I was growing up, Eaton’s and Morgan’s were the two department stores where one shopped for just about anything. Ogilvie’s and Simpson’s were more specialized but still had nice stuff. You went to Birk’s to get silver, crystal and dinnerware, and of course jewellery. All of this was within three or four blocks on Ste Catherine Street. No other city in North America had such fine shopping in such a concentrated area. Morgan’s sold out to the Hudson Bay in the 1960’s and Birk’s went bankrupt in the early 1980’s. Eaton’s also went bankrupt. All were family firms based in Montreal except for the Eaton’s who were from Toronto. Not sure about Simpsons.
  7. To clarify, a couple of decades ago the church sold the land beneath it, a twist on selling air rights, and an underground plaza was built joining to the kilometers long network of underground retail spaces all over the downtown commercial area. During the winter this is an attractive alternative to walking on blustery Ste Catherine and other thorough fares.
  8. What you don’t see in this picture is the vast underground city of stores and other businesses that lies underneath the church. The only clue is the set of glass doors in the lower right of the photo.
  9. I think it’s time to drop the talk about posting pictures. I say get over it.
  10. At the turn of the 20th century Montreal was one of the most elegant cities in North America. It was the centre of finance and industry headquarters and had a strong cultural life. If you notice the architecture in this picture, nothing was ignored. Only the finest materials and little details like stone walls and wrought iron fencing around the church to separate it from its commercial neighbours. And lovely elm trees which once adorned the city. I was fortunate enough to grow up seeing the last of this urban cityscape before a lot of it disappeared in the 60s and 70s. Fortunately some charm remains in pockets here and there.
  11. Well how was he? How long ago was it?
  12. Beautiful horse. The guy ain’t bad either.
  13. So touching to see, especially after the recent death of Jane Goodall. She did so much to bring awareness to the world of chimpanzees.
  14. In cases like yours, I always refer to my profile on RM where I am a premium client. That way I don’t have to repeat my details. If they advertise on RM then they have access to my profile.
  15. Yes thank you. Same to you. I have so much to be thankful for. And I try to pay it back each and every day.
  16. I just saw Songo again this afternoon and he is a real keeper. Very adventurous in the bedroom. Bisexual and not keen on kissing but he makes up for it elsewhere.
  17. I’m no good at making the necessary links but their profiles are on RM based in Montreal. Oumi and Songo.
  18. I’ve hired two Black providers in the last two weeks, the most recent today. Both immigrants from Africa to Canada. I have to say they have the most beautiful athletic bodies. Both are runners. One goes to the gym as well. Both tops. Lovely guys. Great tops. Just sayin. Post coital bliss.
  19. Southern California is full of sad, alienated people. I’ve met a few in my time.
  20. I became disenchanted with poppers years ago when a top accidentally spilled some in my eyes as was on top on me in the missionary position. The stinging in my eyes was instantaneous and I quickly ran to the bathroom to wash my eyes. They were red for days. Never used them again with a partner.
  21. Absolutely. Here in Canada the taxes on alcohol are so high the cost of the alcoholic content of a mixed drink far outweighs the other components.
  22. Did his client have a smile on his face?
  23. I would have told her I would report the bar to A.A. And also MADD. And to the local newspaper and radio station. And to the local chamber of commerce. And that I was a recovering alcoholic ( white lie there). But there are many out there who are and trying to avoid falling off the wagon. Sports bars should not exclude them.
