There doesn't seem to be any need for the escort to look like James Bond (and version would do) but just dress like one. An obvious tip-off to a scam.

I've always considered grammar, spelling and punctuation to be more important than accents in writing in a language. After all, accents are largely meant to facilitate the pronunciation of a word which is only important in the spoken word, although I take the point about si, which can mean two different things depending on the accent. In the spoken language though, si must be interpreted by context, so I suppose that goes for the written language as well. Grammar and spelling are fundamental in expressing oneself well in the written language. Punctuation is important in lengthier sentences, particularly in the written form but can be sensed in the oral expression by pauses or emphasis being given verbally. If I had to rank their relative importance, I would put grammar first in expressing oneself.

I have the same problem with French. I speak and write both French and English but have never figured out how to change my keyboard to French lettering. I just write the French word without the accent. English is much simpler in that regard as I can't recall there being any accents on English words.

An update to this post of mine last winter. This escort friend texted me last night to say he is now in Palm Springs. He has received both shots of the Covid vaccine in Britain where he resides. Meanwhile here in Canada I am still locked down in Ontario with no prospect of international travel, or even travel within Canada, for the foreseeable future.

This post resonates with me. Some of the best meals I've had in Manhattan were in small. out of the way restaurants, where I was taken by locals.

Today marks my birthday and the biggest risk I have taken.

I'm so old I remember before Chelsea was a gay mecca and was rather a dangerous place for gays to hang out. That was when Christopher Street was at its zenith as a gay mecca. -

Also, if you stick with the 3 stars, the lists are even shorter. LOL

I can understand why phonebooks are alphabetized but it's not as if the number of Michelin starred restaurants is particularly long, even in New York City. I don't know the reason; is it perhaps based on seniority, i.e. the longest they have been on the list gets top billing?

I haven’t followed all the ins and outs on the review site but one thing you stated doesn’t apply to rates on Rentmen in Canada. The rates are displayed on their pages if they wish, both in out and overnight too. Or they can opt for Ask.

God, is that still open? I used to go there 20 years ago.

Full disclosure: I used to ride horses. Now I just ride escorts.

How about The Stud Book.

I’ve heard Heaven will cost you millions in air miles. Hell on the other hand is dirt cheap.

Not only are those super thick dicks hard to take in the ass, they are impossible to deepthroat. You have to lick them like an ice cream cone.

The main consideration I think is that you just don’t start up live theatre by turning on a switch, like you do running films in a theatre. The cast needs to rehearse, once you find a cast. I just left the board of a live theatre company and most of the cast we had hired in 2019 for the 2020 season, who got cancelled but given the option to return, did not want to come back in 2021 as they have moved on to other employment opportunities. And even now, 2021 is looking iffy. Also, theatre owners are going to have to figure out how they are going to operate under the new “normal”.

I just read in the times Broadway will open in September, according to Cuomo.

What do we know about when and how Montreal clubs will reopen?

I should clarify that it was the Federal health advisory body on vaccinations that reported yesterday that the mRNA vaccines were superior to the viral based ones (Astra Zeneca and J&J) because of what they termed a "signal safety concern" with the latter. This of course alluded to the rare cases of blood clots, which have caused at least one death of a 54 year old woman in Quebec and a few dozen of blood clots that others have recovered from. Canada has not administered any of the J&J vaccines it has on hand and continues to give the Astra Zeneca doses, including to the Prime Minister and his wife who received theirs a week ago. Needless to say this has caused an uproar in Canada. In reality, the only vaccines arriving currently from abroad, including now from the US, are the mRNA vaccines. India has ceased shipments of the AZ vaccine, which was a major supplier previously because of their own emergency, and the US only supplied one shipment under a loan agreement last month, despite the fact they have not administered any of the stockpile they have of the vaccine to date. While Canada contracted more J&J vaccines, they have not shipped any more and the current unused supply in Canada is under embargo because one of the ingredients in it was from the Baltimore facility that is now closed down, Emergent, because of contamination issues. At this point it appears to me that Pfizer is the standout vaccine for Canada, because Moderna has been plagued by supply and delivery issues from the outset, and Pfizer has overcome their difficulties in February when they were overhauling their manufacturing facilities to meet the unprecedented global demand. I heard on the CBC today that Pfizer has single handedly redeemed the reputation of the pharmaceutical industry which has been under a cloud for several decades. Why that sentiment struck me rather oddly is that the industry did come through in the last major epidemic that killed a lot more people than COVID19 to date, namely HIV/AIDS, with their development of effective drugs to treat the disease. Oh well, people have short memories, I guess.
