I think it is hard to assess your situation without knowing more details of the arrangement. Do you know anything about this person's living habits? How large is your house? Most of them were flying them before they were shutdown. Now I don’t know whether they have all been brought back into service. There hasn’t been a lot of need for them up to now in Canada since the pandemic. For example Air Canada is flying at very low levels because of the shutdown on travel. I don't know if that's true. I once was asked by a provider to remove a 4 star review and I did. He wanted all 5 stars and only had a handful of reviews at that point.
