I don’t get this comment. He still is really sexy and I wouldn’t say he looks “mature” at all. He’s not that old to begin with and I’d say he looks young for his age?

To me PNP means no hard drugs, MJ is fine. I recently had an experience with a provider who I explicitly told this when I saw it on his profile and he said not to worry and that we don’t have to do anything.
When he got to my place, he clearly was already on something, proceeded to snort something and then take some G. I told him again I didn’t want anything like that and he said it was there to help him stay awake. I called the meeting off and he proceeded to FREAK out.
It was a very unpleasant experience. Which told him to leave he blocked me etc. But made it seem like he was gonna do something to me on his way out (I’m fine, just a bit rattled). 
I think it’s the worst I’ve experience I’ve had thus far hiring providers. 

What do YOU consider to be a "hard drug" ? Heroin ?? 
MY personal experience aligns (mostly) with the definition provided by @MikeBiDude. PNP is referring to T, G and E. 
I have,  in my youth, used each of the above during evenings of extended sex play at sex clubs,  private orgies and/or bathhouses. Crystal Meth was always my favorite, but to avoid addiction, I only used it once a year (on my birthday). 
All of these chemicals become far less fun and increasingly dangerous when consumption is on a regular basis.

I’ve booked him as well and had a great time. I’ve been meaning to book him again but our schedules have never lined up. For the record he topped and he had no issues.

I feel like you were very patient. Him asking you to pay a friend to uber him is suspect - sounds like a scammy way to extract more money. 
 
Here’s the thing about meeting strangers on the internet - people are freaking weird. Some just happen to be attractive. Thus, they probably get away with a lot more than they normally could.

It’s so weird that I have been meticulous about picking someone then they end up not being a great match and then someone I see on a whim ends up surprising me. I wonder what that’s about? Expectations vs none?

I saw him recently. He definitely tried to stick it in, to be fair I’m sure I was giving green flags by my reaction to how he was touching me there, but it was definitely unexpected. I went there not thinking that would happen, plus I’m more of a top.
A note about other’s comments about him having a type… I was a bit nervous going there because I’m definitely not that type. I feel like once I wasn’t down for getting f’ed he lost interest. I might have been down if I knew and had prepared.
A note about people mentioning him bringing up his social media. He definitely did that with me almost immediately but I will give him the benefit of the doubt and say he was interested in the marketing aspect of it. 🤔
He also ended things 10 minutes early (I booked 90 minutes) and wasn’t able to make me finish. My review is mixed. I definitely enjoyed a lot of elements of the massage but I felt like I was left hanging. A bit frustrating when he’s a good 45-60 min from DC. 
Overall it was just ok, I probably wouldn’t repeat. He is a really attractive guy though and has a nice tool but the vibes were off for me.
