  1. I have not seen him for massage, however we did hook up once. Great body, yes he likes daddies and bears - a lot.
  2. FYI, Draping is required by law in almost all states. Your legit masseur would know this and be extremely hesitant to put his license in jeopardy.
  3. Then I guess the question to put out there is if you only tip for above and beyond the expected service, what do you expect the basic service to be? Do you think that everyone who advertises on Masseurfinder should at bare minimum offer a free happy ending? Do you think that everyone who advertises on RentMasseur should at bare minimum offer a free happy ending and mutual touch? How do you determine what is/should be included? If it is matter of your own finances, then surely there should be less expensive masseurs who you could choose and then tip accordingly? Genuinely curious.
  4. A middle of the road view on tipping from a professional blog (though this is dated 2007) Confessions of a Bodyworker: To tip or not to tip, that is the question CONFESSIONSOFJACK.BLOGSPOT.COM This is actually the most common question I get asked, not during a session mind you, but on-line. Do I tip my masseur, and if so, how much?...
  5. Out or curiosity, I looked up what Massage Therapists make in the DC area: Massage Therapist Salary in Washington Metro Area, DC – $31,500 | Mint MINT.INTUIT.COM The average total salary of Massage Therapists in Washington Metro Area, DC is $31,500/year based on 103 tax returns from TurboTax customers who reported their...
  6. So earlier today I asked my favorite self employed masseur the percentage of people who tip him. He claims 98% (and yes, he told me he keeps track of each client and how much they tip or don't). He also sent me a link to a blog for helpful information. No idea how old this is, but it was definitely interesting... ADVICE FOR A GOOD EXPERIENCE BEFOREYOUCOME.BLOGSPOT.COM
  7. Who said anything about bad service? No one. If you get bad service, don't tip - don't go back. What I said is that he was willing to do more for those who tip consistently. It only makes sense, if you have a choice between two clients wanting the same appointment time, I think everyone would choose the one who tips regularly. If a client asks for a prostate massage but never tips, why bother? But if they tip regularly the odds will go way up that the masseur says "Sure." Do you need to tip masseurs who run their own business? I guess not, but I appreciate good service and will gladly pay a few extra bucks to ensure it. I think it is reasonable to expect a good massage when you don't tip, but I also think it is reasonable to expect better service when I do tip regularly.
  8. I believe that if you want continued great service (or increasingly better) service, tipping is a wise choice. I was chatting about tips with a local masseur who was honest that while everyone gets a great base massage, those who tip regularly get better service with scheduling preference and "extras" on the table. Just keep that in mind. Also with masseurs who work for themselves, know that they are probably paying at least 5% if you us a credit card or other electronic payments. I would think that it is important to tip when you are late, early, shower at their place, rescheduled your appointment or have any special requests like "keep the room hot" or "wear x clothing" or "I need to remain anonymous" or "no oils or scents" or music requests etc. I remember reading a bad review years ago from a client who apparently showed up 30 mins late (due to traffic and parking) showered at the masseur's home before the massage and was offended that he only got 75 mins on the table instead of 90 mins (even though he had now taken up two hours of the masseur's time). All I could think when I read that was it was the masseur who should be writing the bad review about the client and you know the guy would not have tipped either.
  9. I feel that 20% is fair for "rub and tug." Personally I tip at least 25% or more if I find a legit massage with sensual/erotic elements. I feel that if they can actually give a really good therapeutic massage they deserve the tip more than just being cute or naked.
  10. For some reason, you have to use "Washington DC" to do a search. Just DC will not give you results.
  11. You can do a search for Washington DC to see a lot of reviews. My favorites are:
  12. I had a massage from him today and it was really amazing. He is definitely trained and can give a great therapeutic massage. He looks exactly like his pictures and he seems really nice! I believe that smile is genuine. Nice location, nice studio with attached bathroom. Heated table. He worked plenty of sensual elements into the massage, he gets on the table with you at times, MT, HE, and has no issues with nudity. This was truly one of the best massage experiences I have had. I just wished he was closer to where I live. Parking was fine and the neighborhood seemed safe, just a little difficult to get into and out of when coming from the East. I will still use Charlie in Hyattsville as my primary but Daniel will be my special occasion (change of pace) guy. There was no upselling but I left a hefty tip. He is reasonably priced and DEFINITELY WORTH IT! Just do it!
  13. I tried to search to find this topic and could not find one, so sorry if this is a repeat topic. On Rentmasseur there are types of massage offered: Therapeutic, Sensual, Erotic. I get Therapeutic, but I don't guess I understand the difference between sensual and erotic. Any guesses? Is there a blatant definition that I am missing somewhere? Thanks in advance.
  14. So there will never be a negative review on Masseurfinder since the masseur is the one submitting them? That would make Rentmasseur reviews far more trustworthy, correct?
