I concur with this post. I have gone almost my entire life without a STD with exception to the above mentioned. It wasn't until recently that I finally went to a gay doctor that performed this swab test and yes, it came out positive. The scary part is I could have had this for a longtime undetected and could have become more serious. Go somewhere where they do throat swabs. You'll be thankful for it. Also, after performing oral be sure to gargle with Listerine for 30 seconds as this can lessen your chance of getting this form of gonorrhea (not a cure though).

I find that for the higher end guys the average is $1200-$1500 for an overnight, weekends are $3000-$4000. Some are more, some are less. I too have had great success on SA. Unfortunately, the arrangements rarely last that long. Guys start to flake or want more money or they don't live up to their end. And of course, I've grown bored once or twice. Still a great place to meet some guys for 1-3 month casual relationships. I consider it a portion of my escort stock portfolio. Well if that's the case you might want to rethink this hobby. Despite saying "safe" most engage in barebacking in their personal lives or on the down low with clients. My suggestion would be to play safe and get on PrEP. Protect yourself and all will be fine.
