  1. Kinda off topic, but Yes you can
  2. After 40 yrs as husband and provider (two ex-wives, two kids, one ex live in girlfriend), it gave me a chance to focus on pleasure without commitment It allowed me to ease into and explore this side of my sexuality at a measured pace to places I’d never have imagined without commitment or creepy possessiveness It built my confidence (since I was completely new to it) to make connections outside the hired space it offers the opportunity to have high quality companions for my frequent travels without having to worry if they can “get off work,” afford the type of travel I do, or match my healthy/energetic pace.
  3. Carpeting or rugs was already mentioned. Enforcement of lease terms perhaps. If there are gaps at pipes/conduits that go from floor to floor, they can be caulked. In my experience, upstairs is less of an issue than downstairs. Particularly if you don’t have a problem at the moment. I live in the middle of the French Quarter. Babies are the least of my noise worries
  4. The list goes on: - lugging a table (if they bring one) - parking if they drive
  5. I understand your point - perhaps it is less relevant perhaps to me as a top. For me, maturity, sobriety, and intellect are of primary importance. I’d rather have a 30 something suggesting he’s younger but possessing those characteristics. Case in point - there’s one provider who’s been roasted for age shaving here. Last year we traveled together multiple times. He looks CONSIDERABLY younger than he is. He always got carded when we were out. But he also lacked maturity and intellect. Not a good time for me regardless of his age persona.
  6. That clearly made a statement. My first item to note was “open to short term meet and real networking opportunities.” To me that meant “no travel” which disqualifies him for me. I personally found it attractive that he avoids big bold tattoos.
  7. Something only an elected official with no kids would consider doing 🫣
  8. One baby will not be that bad at first if construction is good. If that changes, steps can be taken to mitigate.
  9. Rule #7 addresses that No need to post pictures when the link can be posted. But identity data, and private info/private communication on this forum is verboten https://www.companyofmen.org/guidelines/
  10. Many of us have lives and schedules that are packed. I was raised in the character of “if you’re not early, you’re late!” The greatest respect that can be offered a busy person is honoring the value of their time. Especially if they’ve honored yours by being on time themselves. I had a regular in another city that just couldn’t get that. Whether traveling, or just something simple, he just couldn’t get it. I like him, but the liability to my schedule became too much. Ironically, I tested the waters twice with him later. He even said “I know it’s important to you…I’ll be on time”…and he was horribly late. There won’t be a third time testing the waters.
  11. I still don’t care about the stated age. I buy the picture and the persona and not a number
  12. He was what lacks in NOLA - sobriety, intelligence and maturity. We struck instant rapport and he’s very soft to cuddle with and talk to
  13. I finally met Luke and we are having a great time. I’m glad I finally have someone in NOLA to refer guys to when they’re traveling here
  14. A 40 yr old man and a 14 year old boy is not right and doesn’t need statutory definition to make it wrong
  15. Anyone with experience here? https://www.pinatapv.com/ or are there other recommendations - preferably with clothing optional pool
  16. I agree 100%. Shame on the person who thinks that’s a legitimate financial enterprise. But then again, losers pay for those big buildings we call casinos and casino hotels…but they get their room - that they never sleep in - for free 🤔
  17. My Dr explained that the horror stories generally come from higher dosages. I’m experimenting in the 2.5-5mg range
  18. We agree it’s a bad place But please don’t keep translating “I don’t think everything should be prohibited” into “I condone everything.” I don’t. Fraud is fraud. Insider trading is insider trading. Theft is theft. If someone is using nonpublic information to profit, prosecute them. We already have laws for that. What I resist is the modern impulse to see a flawed activity and immediately conclude that an entirely new layer of regulation must be built around it. That instinct has become almost reflexive and proven vastly ineffective Prediction markets are not unique in attracting bad actors. So do stocks. So do real estate deals. So do government contracts. So do political campaigns. The existence of abuse does not automatically mean the activity itself should be outlawed or regulated into oblivion. You seem to assume that if government does not intervene, exploitation wins by default. I’m more skeptical. Government is often captured by the same political, financial, and institutional interests it claims to regulate. The irony is that many of the people demanding new rules are simultaneously furious that political insiders already enrich themselves under the existing ones. If Polymarket is a foolish place to put your money, people should avoid it. If crimes occur, prosecute the criminals. But I am unconvinced that every bad decision, every risky wager, and every unequal outcome requires Congress to ride in on a white horse and save the public from itself. We cannot create a society where personal judgment is replaced by regulatory supervision. That experiment has been tried repeatedly, and it never seems to reduce either stupidity or corruption it just pushes it somewhere else. Again - PT Barnum is a prophet on fools and their money
  19. Where did you get that from what I said? Polymarkets is a stupid concept. If someone wants to play there, I don’t give a darn It doesn’t take a 120 IQ to see its craziness I don’t like lotteries or casinos either…they prey on and exploit people’s dreams. There’s very little difference between them and polymarkets. The odds always favor the house and the program puts the little guy on the short end But we can’t legislate away stupidity - especially when the political elite themselves are stupid and can’t write laws with clear intent
  20. That’s good insight. Frankly, I don’t care if they exist or don’t exist or if they’re regulated or not. Everyone has freedom to do and say stupid things and I don’t personally feel a responsibility in restricting them from going so 😉
  21. Only a fool would bet against an act that is easily self fulfilling, but PT Barnum said it well…
  22. There are serious guys like you who prove that wrong. As a reformed latchkey kid, I applaud the path you took and admire the choices you’ve made!
  23. Don’t get me wrong. He’s super sweet …but the melt downs were tough to observe.
  24. My first encounter with him was fantastic spring 2025. Then something snapped. Over the next several weeks, in the middle of the night, I received odd calls, bizarre texts, multiple times…not normal. Calls that TSA had robbed him, he was in the ER (he was), or hushed calls that he’d been kidnapped (he wasn’t) I tried again in Wilton Manors a couple months ago. What was offered as an afternoon for a collab with an OF Friend I was traveling with … it turned into him assuming he was invited for a weekend in a house where I already had two guys and plans. In reality, he didn’t “assume”…rather, he needed a place as he didn’t have one It was very odd indeed I think I know the problem and theres much more I can share -documented in texts - but when he’s “on” he’s awesome. But I finally had to block him concerned about his sanity and volatility. I want to be a raving fan, I’ve tried more than once, but I had to back off and block him. I hate to have to say these things, but it’s a direct experience, well documented, and occurring in multiple occasions over several months
  25. I live in the French Quarter. If you’re in the area, we will lift a glass together
