Perhaps making a suggestion is not bitching. But the statement you made following the suggestion(and the title of this thread) is.

How Common is Sleep Apnea? Do People Tolerate the Masks Well?
+ PhileasFogg replied to + Lucky's topic in Men's Health
After a sleep study, I was diagnosed with sleep apnea on my back. I didn’t like the cpap and I don’t sleep on my back, so I did nothing - except - losing weight. Now I’m fine -
After a week in St John next week, I’ll be in Boston in two weekends with a friend. After a week in St. John with no tan lines, I don’t think we will want to mess it up in Boston. So, I’m thinking of ferrying to P-Town to visit Herring Cove Beach. All the online info seems dated and not very useful. Does anyone have any more recent insight or guidance? Is it still unofficially nude? Is nudity common? Is it risky to be caught? is it easy to access from the ferry? are there any nearby facilities and/or showers?

Yes, regularly. In my home gym, I’m always naked. Weights, rowing, elliptical, etc. I’ve tried naked cycling (road bike) and jogging, but my stuff (especially my balls) flop around in painful discomfort.

topical hair growth & ejaculation effect
+ PhileasFogg replied to viewing ownly's topic in Men's Health
Correlation does not prove causation. Age by itself leads to reduced ejaculate. Also, Aging correlates with hair loss for those so disposed. The addition of the growth products may just be a coincidence that they are correlating to the outcome. We won’t know unless they stop using it and things return to normal. When propecia was first released decades ago, I was among the 2% who had reduced libido and ED. I stopped quickly and things worked fine again. That proved causation to me. -
Ok, am I the only one? While I love nudity and being nude outdoors, the thought of Big Richard and The Twins flapping from side to side for a 5K run doesn’t sound very appealing 🫣 In fact, it sounds painful

Try it. It sounds like if it doesn’t work, cultural biases will allow you to return.

That's a sh!tty conclusion

Please no! I appreciate the recommendation. I’ll stick with it for a bit to see if the benefit is cumulative

Update: despite my skepticism, I ordered some caffeine cream. Instructions were to cleanse and moisturize before applying the cream. I did and the puffiness INCREASED! I am beginning to wonder if I’m hydrating enough.

I wouldn’t ever copy and paste a video. I would send a link. And, as of 2 minutes ago, I’m able to do that just fine on an iPhone 13. Is this what’s not working for you?

Considering a trip with a friend to South Florida in Late Oct for some late fall sun and warmth. The plan would include visits to Haulover Beach. Is this a good idea? Are the beaches comfortable enough that time? Is there a good clothing optional hotel any of you recommend?

Well, that's a new one on me! I had to look it up, but it looks promising!

Lately I’ve noticed increasingly puffy eyes with dark circles. This presumably ties in with recent cataract removal and introduction of contact lenses to fine tune my vision. In general, I have terrible allergies. Otherwise, I generally drink plenty of water, get facials periodically, and maintain healthy diet and exercise. I’m 60 and retired with a very active lifestyle, so stress isn’t it. What products or routines have some of you had experience with to minimize this problem?

mouthwash after oral sex - what's that?
+ PhileasFogg replied to viewing ownly's topic in Questions About Hiring
Ohhhhhhhh Myyyyyyyyy are we allowed to talk so dirty in this forum?? -
Don’t bet on it. There’s buyers and sellers. If you can’t stop the sellers from selling, you scare the crap out of the buyers so the sellers move on. But, agreed, it’s quite rare with males. The focus is on female sex trafficking, for now.

The Ups and Downs of Airlines and Air Travel
+ PhileasFogg replied to mike carey's topic in The Travel Desk
Despite the CloudStrike fiasco, I made it non-stop to Toronto on WestJet with a two hour delay on Friday. I was not so lucky returning on Delta through Detroit late Monday with cancellation of YYZ-DTW leg. Opting for Economy rather than FC, I was able to get home Tuesday with a non-stop on AirCanada. Hearing the horror stories from Delta’s Atlanta hub, I’m counting myself lucky. I have yet to reach a living person at Delta despite Diamond Medallion status. Usually I’m on hold less than five minutes, so it must be bad. Glad I bought cancellation insurance. -
Update: after an extra night due to cancelled flights, I’m home. Marriott Courtyard on Yonge St was quite sufficient and better than I expected. I’m glad I chose this area over the financial district because of its relative liveliness and 24 hour vibe. I also felt completely safe (no surprise) Church St just wasn’t our scene but people watching such a diverse and eclectic crowd was enjoyable. We did however consider attending a jock strap event at one of the bars…but couldn’t find a sporting goods store Hanlan’s Point Beach - not what I expected (mostly clothed) but that didn’t stop us from eliminating tan lines in two visits there. We opted for the water taxis to avoid crowds (C$25 each round trip) We stayed out of the water due to e-coli warnings which were a complete un-Canadian surprise to us. Museums: Bad planning in that I forgot that museums close on Monday and I didn’t get my art lovers fix. Maybe next time. Niagara Falls was spectacular. I rented a Polestar for the weekend and the drive to the falls (the train schedule seemed inconvenient for our plans to sleep in). I was quite surprised to see that Canadian EV infrastructure sucked as bad as the US’ and traffic was bad too. General Observations: drivers in Toronto were - surprisingly - as rude in bad traffic as anywhere in the states. Uber/Lyft drivers were lunatics. In our many walking tours of the areas between the hotel and the lake, I was shocked at the lack of decent dining options; everything seemed very cheap and low quality with limited gluten/dairy free options. I love the Canadian currency but not its lack of denominations less than C$5. Overall: loved the city along with its open mindedness, diversity, and vibe and would go again with more planning to experience completely

Wait? Wouldn’t anything like this numb too and bottom too?

How Common is Sleep Apnea? Do People Tolerate the Masks Well?
+ PhileasFogg replied to + Lucky's topic in Men's Health
I was diagnosed after a sleep study. i couldn’t tolerate the mask. i lost 30lbs and no more problem. Male biomechanics is a big contributor and a fatty gut is a big culprit -
Actually, the CDC estimates are less than 50%. I’ve had it all my life and I’m excessively conscious of not passing it on. I’ve never passed it on to my kids or anyone I’ve been in relationship with.

Here’s the plan as it’s coming together. friday - late arrival saturday - Hanlan’s Point Beach. Evening we will find someplace fun to hang out and explore sunday - drive to Niagara Falls, probably eat lunch there - maybe Skylon Tower? Is that worth it? return to Toronto and find something fun to do Monday is an evening departure, so it will be a day of exploration too I’m renting a car so we have freedom
