Discussion: Stop Slander:Rejected Clients Smearing Providers
+ PhileasFogg replied to JacOB SESSION's topic in The Deli
Emotions aside: 1) as stated, the offending post about meth is potentially libelous and made my someone who’s not active on this forum. I suspect any of us would have taken that with a grain of salt until this thread came along. 2) meth is the “sex drug” leading to unquenchable and compulsive appetite for sex and also endurance for bottoming referenced in the OP’s ad on RM 3) read the OP’s ad if you haven’t. It describes a voracious appetite for sex, anywhere, anytime, the more the merrier. It also says PnP which, despite seeing comments made by us here, the OP has chosen to not remove as of a few minutes ago. He doesn’t need to remove it…his verbal commentary implies it anyway In the end, libel is a civil complaint determined based on the preponderance of evidence. I’m not in a position to judge the OP or to know the facts leading to the offensive post. BUT, I am in a position to have an opinion on what I see. Since the OP - newly joined here to respond on his grievance - came out not just defending himself but attacking as well, so I feel inclined to offer my opinion based on what I see. I’m glad he’s well educated and standing up for himself. I don’t see anything in that profile that refutes the offensive assertion or makes me want to hire this guy when sobriety and maturity are two of the three most important things I seek from guys. His response in this thread is a double edged sword but does not make a rational case, in my opinion, suggesting merit to warrant deleting posts or refuting the observation of the poster. There are two issues here: 1) Should we treat everyone with respect? IMO - absolutely. 2) Has this guy been wronged? IMO - I’m not sure, but he probably has gotten a lot of inquiries from the rough sex, PnP crowd since making this thread..- 70 replies

Yeah. But do they say PnP on their profile? The fact that this guy is soooo hot and sensitive is interesting to me. I wonder if he realizes that the negative comment would have faded into oblivion until he brought attention to it. Just sayin’ that this thread he’s created is a double edged sword. A well educated mature guy might have just contacted the admins and privately noted the disparaging comment and let them take care of it without fanfare…but instead he comes out swinging. i know this - I don’t care. I don’t know him, I’m not going to hire him, but he opened this Pandora’s box and now he owns it- 70 replies

Then I’ve been unclear and you’ve missed my point. But I’m not trying to argue with you. But the OP - in my opinion - has a tone of denial all over it.- 70 replies

You’re technically right…but I will tell you the guys that I’ve had bad experiences with ARE meth addicts and we’re in denial rationalizing their use AND - ironically - operate out of New Orleans- 70 replies

This topic has been touched on a number of times. In a few cases I’ve had to remind the poster that some statements can be libelous and litigated. I think a number of folks here know that I often defend providers who are attacked - especially ones that I’ve had experience with - BUT, if I say something bad, it’s backed by fact and will be stated very clearly. I’ll add that there are only two providers that I’ve had cause to comment about negatively and both were related to acts resulting from their meth addictions that they denied having. If I saw a profile indicating PnP, you’d never hear from me and I agree with others that your OP rings a little hollow when you embrace that activity so openly.- 70 replies

Expecting a Tip? For a self contractor???

I love it when you talk dirty 🤪 Which porn studio are Veblen and Fussell contracted with? 🤣

You’re not unreasonable in your approach but perhaps not making the case well. lets say they give each of you an hour at $300/hr and it takes them an hour round trip to get to you. So they make $600 for 3 hrs…$200/hr. If they did the same $300/hr for one person, they’d get $150/hr of their time. So back to you, the math is the same to them in $/hr if you pay them $450. They’re just not doing the math They should not see that as cheap if they understand the math…but then there’s a good reason that many of them are not rocket scientists. On the other hand, if they’re as busy as they want to be, their logic is sound - you don’t give discounts if you’re operating at full capacity Reminds me of a story for a guy named KaidenFoxx who used to be on RM. we arranged a trip to NYC. I suggested a trip and HE wanted to go there. Let’s say his standard rate was $1,000/night and we were going for 5 nights and let’s say we agreed on $3,500 for his time. At the last minute, he ghosted me. After the planned trip, he told me he felt disrespected because, although he’d agreed to it, I wasn’t paying him 5,000. So I asked one simple question - “how much did you make that week?” And he said he had no appointments. My response, “so you chose to make 0 rather than make $3,500 for an all expense paid trip to NYC including - at your request - 3rd row center seats to Wicked”. His response was “I’m young and I have a lot to learn.”

The guy(s) you were trying to help were not a “ho”…they were someone you saw as a deserving human being in need. What they do with the grace you offered determines whether or not they’re really a “ho.”

And yet, I pay an extra registration on my Mercedes PHEV because it uses less gas…

Increase in providers not actually seeing clients?

They may be testing the market to see if there’s enough demand to justify travel costs -
I have nice cars. New and fully restored vintage. I like cars. I would never be inclined to hire someone trying to be showy because the butterfly came briefly into the sphere of someone with nice things. They’re posiers creating an unsubstantiated illusion

@redbottle, we’ve all made mistakes. I can only wish mine were only a few hundred $. You made it clear you’re owning it, you’re learning, you’re moving on. Good for you!

I’d argue they’re more likely to do it on your turf. They have leverage on personal info then I’d still report him to Grindr. I’m guessing you’d be able to make a new profile. About the age thing. If they look young, I don’t hesitate to ask for ID even on RM. I like young men but not boys. He represented himself as 21. Before he suggested otherwise, I’d have asked for verification even if his thumb covered the address.

Truth said about our "all embracing community"

I’m older than you and remember an even worse time and I’m simply sharing the feedback I’ve received. I do think a lot has changed. -

To the OP, this video harkens back to a Will & Grace episode decades ago when Will asked that same question about getting appreciation for setting the foundation and fighting the fight. I’d argue that the basic question is worse today because of the internet culture and the ability to create splash without the personality factor that was required in social networks 50 years ago. -

There’s cool at school and cool at home. My observation from talking with the many providers I’ve discussed this with (mostly low-mid 20’s) is that they were accepted and embraced at school but not at home. I can’t argue suicide rate statistics (although I will note that the most indicative studies I see were ideation statistics and not actual suicide). But these type of statistics tend to measure outcomes and not motivating drivers…sadly no one can ask a post suicidal team about exactly why they did it 😢 -
I suspect the definition of “consent” will be hammered to precise contractions of eye muscles.

I didn’t find it offensive but I also didn’t find it funny FWIW, I have something in common with her - a preference for younger men

I just want to clarify that I don’t see politics as a factor in my feelings about her. I don’t like Trump, but I’d never hold a bloody bust of him up and think it’s funny. i also think that coining the term KGDS is ridiculous and probably the brainchild of someone possessing TDS…out of “concern for you wellbeing,” I hope you get help. 😘

Like you, I was a fan until she became an unfiltered and angry woman. I could say the same about Whoopi too. so, the beginning of this post started with her aesthetic transformation. An outward transformation accomplished nothing on the inside and certainly improved nothing on the outside. Ironically, the cost of the surgery is likely tax deductible because she’s an entertainer. She was dissatisfied with who she was before the surgery, and she improved nothing with the surgery. I wonder how she’ll feel as she continues to wallow in mediocrity? Perhaps then she’ll look inwardly. And @Travis69, it’s so sweet that she shaved her head in solidarity with her sister….and then made her sister’s personal battle into being about her.

May I ask how experienced you are bottoming? I’m not at all

Interesting that Amazon carries many of their products but not that one.
