former lurker got a reaction from DCHere in Adamadonis anyone?
His political views were, at one time, a factor that could have made encounters uncomfortable.  By that I mean he reportedly was insistent on discussing them and defending them.  Then, at some point, it clicked for him that it was better to keep the politics to himself so as not to create discomfort or conflict.  From that point forward, those who've seen him have been universally laudatory in their comments.  I'd encourage everyone to do as Adam has and leave his politics out of the discussion.

But your experience isn't from meeting the provider but from being unable to come to terms on a booking.  You haven't made that clear in the your comments on two different threads now.  You  say "That wasn't my experience" which implies that you had met with them and did not enjoy it.  Please be clear when posting about what actually happened. You went into detail in the last post after being pressed.  We heard you.

but this board is also about being mature and professional....using the feminine form of a masculine name, in an effort at a retort, is not mature or professional.....also, not disclosing the reasons for an unsuccessful meeting or meeting attempt is entirely unhelpful at best and damaging to a good provider's reputation at worst......if, in fact, you almost always request a provider to fly to you and to spend an entire weekend, then that fact certainly needs to be disclosed when you post that you had a not-so-good experience......

I saw Luiggy earlier this summer when he was in NYC, and I had a very good time with him.  His photos are very accurate, and he's both super sweet and sexy.  English is his second language, but he makes the effort and I had no difficulty communicating with him.  He's based in Miami, but travels a lot throughout the states.
Nobody starts out being well-known and well-reviewed.  As much as I value our forum, the overwhelming majority of clients don't know it exists, nor do most escorts.  So, sometimes, after you've exhausted the forum's knowledge, you've got to stop with all the "bumping" and just take a chance on a new professional.  I'm glad I did with Luiggy.
    Hope this helps the OP.

This would/could have been avoided.  I'd never be without cash to cover the amount of the agreed time.  If we look to extend, that's when zelle becomes an issue.  With zelle, you also have to pay attention to the limits set (amount per day, month, etc.) .

This is an example of my point.
Some of you guys talk about money for service in a way that makes it clear you aren't aware there is a human being involved in this transaction.

Sounds like he got sick on your watch…eating whatever he ate on your trip.
When we hire human beings they don’t come with a warranty.

I would suggest moving on and letting it pass. If he was that sick he may have earned the money as combat pay.
When my kids were smaller they were always getting sick and fucking up vacations. That’s just life.

First, either cancel the meeting or ask to do a telecon.  If it's a small firm, chances are likely enough that you run into one another.  Second, you can't control who a partner brings into a meeting.  Usually it's one or more associates. Third, even if you don't hire his firm, your opponent might.
You should consider reaching out to him to ask what would make him most comfortable.  Keep in mind, however, that an attorney is obligated to zealously represent his/her client.  The more he knows about you, the better the chance he could be in a conflicted position should his firm represent your opponent.

When my housekeeper is sick I still pay her for the day. She's like family.
If this were a one-off event then yes...he owes you the weekend you paid for. It this is a regular companion the single lost weekend is a gray area. Personally I would say if he's a decent sort of fellow the "relationship" would solidify by letting it go. Asking for a "refund" is tacky. Suggesting you'd love to finally have that weekend together may get a response that he owes you a better time.
    I wouldn't "demand" anything

See the post from Scott VA.  That describes the law in the majority of jurisdictions.  The "consent” imputed does not go to criminal liability, but rather to administrative penalties such as license suspension and required actions to have one's license reinstated.

I don't doubt that's the law in CA, but it's not in most states.

Please do not.  Identifying a provider's day job would likely violate the no personal info rule.

If Heche was conscious and able to communicate, should could refuse to have blood drawn.  Authorities would then need a court order.  Depending on whether one was obtained, and when, any test may be pointless.  She may also have been medicated by the hospital because of her injuries.  But the simplest explanation is preferential treatment.  Time may tell.

I agree with former lurker.  I met him in December of last year.  He is strikingly handsome, smart,  sweet and well mannered.  He is great at every position.  Very easy to fall for.

The only other thing you could have done would have been to try and get him to agree to go to the emergency room for a psych hold.  If he refused, that would be the extent of what you could do.  My brother committed suicide.  We knew he was distraught, but not that he'd be suicidal.  His lack of a prior diagnosis made a court-mandated hospitalization unavailable and he refused any professional treatment.  Attempts to reason with him fell short.  It will be ten years soon, and I still miss him every day.
