I’ve lived mortgage-free for many years. It’s liberating. Downsized 3 times over the past 5 years. Less time managing space and stuff means more time for me.

I've kicked to the curb several guys (both escorts and regular fuckbuddies) who PNP. In my experience, the signs include: 1) Inability to focus. 2) Habitual tardiness. 3) Very warm body temperature. 4) Can't get hard. I retired from full-time work 15 years ago. This is a wonderful time to say “Yes” as often as I can. By this I mean: volunteering actively in the arts and my community, trying to be a better friend to my friends, traveling, reading, and exercising. I focus on what brings me joy.
