Plus LI. I clean the club before and during the night. Plus we did Hepa Filters. Plus we have plenty of room for social distancing. All very important to run these events.

The Buffboyzz have been doing it for several weeks now taking all precautions especially wearing masks.

After dinner last evening, I stopped by Johnson's for one last cocktail. Arriving at about 10:15, I had to wait about 5 minutes to be admitted as the club was keeping a tight limit on the number of guests. Inside, it felt like there were fewer tables. While seated, you were able to remove your mask and about every 5-10 minutes there was a reminder that if you were standing, you needed to have a face covering.
 
I think I counted about 12 dancers while I was there. They were on the stage three at a time and I think they were up there for two songs. Dancers had on masks while on stage - in one or two cases, the masks covered more area than what else a guy was wearing. (Hooray for us!)
 
While I didn't partake, lap dances were available.

I take temperatures at the door. Everyone wears a mask. Club is sanitized before and during the time we are open. Long Island Club is big enough for social distancing. Can only do 50percent capicity on Long Island. Those who feel comfortable can do a lap dance. Before the pandemic we always kept the Long Island Club clean. Dancers wear masks. Private lap dance rooms are sanitized after each use. Hope this helps

I partially understand and can validate some of your feelings. I’ve fought depression for much of my life. This virus shit has exacerbated it 10-fold. I too, have done everything right regarding the scientific experts as you listed. I actually felt I was doing them for everyone else. Finally, I had to do something human and something for myself. That’s when I started renting men again. Of course, I was as careful as one could be. Actually, the shopping was almost just as fun as the real thing. Anyway, bringing this part of me back into my life has helped tremendously. Just one piece back in my life.

There were no "gay" magazines in the 1950s, except the Mattachine Society newsletter, but there were "physique" magazines, and the only place I knew of to buy them was around Times Square. I still have a few copies. When the Janus Society in Philly started to publish Drum as an openly gay magazine in the 1960s, I used to put copies of it in the trunk of my car and take them to NY to supply the magazine stores on 42nd St. I still have a copy of the issue with a tasteful nude color photo of my partner at that time on the back cover.

It is about time to do away with moral "crimes" that both adults consent to.

So true what you have said. Buffdaddy lives on Long Island Suffolk county. Population of over a million and a half. Not one Gay Bar. Nassau County which is next door if you're not familiar with the area has a population of over a million five. Has one Gay Bar. 3 million people and one small Gay Bar. The young Gay kids tell me they go to a regular bar with there str8 friends and Girls. They like Applebee's. I guess that's what happens when you go mainstream. I like the old days of sneaking around. Use to stand outside of the Gaiety in Manhattan and make sure not a lot of people looking at me and make a mad dash up the stairs lol. Spend the weekend on Fire Island and tell my Mother I was out in the Hamptons. Yes the world has changed.
