  1. Well unfortunately, a lot of the underwear companies rely on different measurements for their sizes. The same goes for swimwear. With my speedos, I wear almost exclusively TURBO from Spain and I wear an XL with a 32 inch waist. Most of my underwear is C-in2 underwear brand and I wear a Medium. In PUMP underwear, I wear a large. My suggestion to you is to look around and find the look you like and the colors and design and contact the company on what size is appropriate. Know this.... anybody can look sexy, it doesn't matter if you are 175 pounds or 300. I hope you find something you enjoy.
  2. Fortunately most of my photos are excellent and don’t anyone who employed the tactics you suggested, but I’ll be sure to be ever diligent with so called “clients” who clearly are unbalanced.

    Dog Lovers!

    Very cute for sure
  4. Noted. I've been thinking about this for some time for occasions that I don't want to prep a meal. Being a fitness advocate, diet is such an essential. I appreciate the recommendation!
  5. Well I haven't been diagnosed with diabetes and no medications, but certainly have a family history of the disease on my father's side (affecting mostly the women in the family, but my Dad has been tested as being borderline). His youngest sister has been on insulin since she was in her early 30's, so I've grown up with the worry. I test every year and not even close to it, but that doesn't eliminate the concern. This disease (as shown with the discussions) is not logical in terms of who gets it and why. I talked about the "Importance of the Annual Physical" in another thread and part of why I view this "annual talk" as important for me is because of diabetes. For "Cooper" and all the other members here who have diabetes, take care and best of wishes for health ahead.
  6. Thank you for the return to the purpose of my original post! My layman's understanding is that a "wellness check" is more direct and focused, while a "physical" is more general and broad. I chatted with my physician (who I have used for years). A great discussion about how he has reacted to things like a colonoscopy (which he put off himself, but doesn't want me to when my time comes), blood testing and a thorough discussion about where I'm at with my weight , 175 and height 6'1", blood pressure and a review of my own questions. I call my time with him a physical. We don't that all the blood testing every year, but I was due.
  7. Well we had a headline this week none of us have ever seen before, but I can't say more since it's political....haha
  8. Of course I laughed out loud, but remember, we can't make political remarks....lol
  9. Well... if I responded it would be considered a political remark, so I won't answer. haha
  10. I consider myself a victim when it comes to an ALDI...lol We have one about 6 miles from my home. I've never been in there as my perception says it is a place more expensive than a typical grocery store. Perception may not be reality. I should take the time and get my butt in there and check it out. Even if more expensive, there are things that can override the perceptions and make it worth it for me to go in there.
  11. Thanks very much. Great answer and jives with my thinking as well.

    Not 9 inches

But his ad or information got your attention didn't it? For me, size is only one part of the whole package. If he was 8 inches, I wouldn't care if he was good otherwise and was accurate with his photos and description.
  13. So I've been lucky enough to have 2 photographers who have done a number of fitness photo shoots in some great locations. They are not professional photographers and those who specialize in nudes or artistic photos are few and far between in the middle of the country. Just curious how many providers use professional photographers and if so, if you are comfortable in recommending contact information. If they are located in the middle of the country, that helps. I do have one noted who is in LA and is originally from Kansas and does a fantastic job. Thoughts?
  14. Some great advice and I would agree. After the first or 2nd time with a provider, you will loosen up and be much more comfortable. Prudent behavior and a thoughtful approach is always wise, but you get the hang of it and have a great time.
  15. My beagle, “Gabe” goes tomato hunting in my garden
  16. I realize the post was in January, but celebrate again… lol
  17. Best wishes for an awesome birthday!
  18. I've noticed that if you post incorrectly the moderators will put the thread in the correct "department". Happy to give input!
  19. Seek a discount on "Growlr".... LOL Seriously, I'd probably hit him up on the Growlr site and see if he says anything about being a provider. If so, you know how to handle it, if not, you might get a hookup for less.
  20. Never have had that experience, but I think this post is a reminder that "professionalism" includes a defensive stance with your own personal information. It is very easy to become comfortable with someone who seems sincere and friendly, but who can turn on a dime. Thanks for the reminder and I hope you have no issues from those who seemed too nosy.
  21. So I was just curious about views by both client on provider on a client providing transportation (flying) a provider across the country for service or for a weekend getaway? I'm sure it happens all the time. I have been flown to Toronto for a weekend, but that followed considerable discussion. It was a great experience for me and all worked well. I have had others in the "talking stage" about services and transportation, but I tend to approach it very carefully. Thoughts? Experiences?
  22. Would enjoy checking this out sometime when I'm in Dallas. Never actually been to a male strip club previously so would be interesting for sure.
  23. Always love visiting Key West, always wanted to make it an annual event, then COVID and the hurricane down there, thus it has been several years since I've been. Have really missed it. This thread has been helpful, but I'm not surprised in the increase in prices. I have a friend who goes every year and he gives me a report. He was there in June. Still hope to return soon.
  24. I hope you have a soft drink option as well. I don't drink much at all and certainly not while swimming.
