I’m not a professional companion, but when I hire in a location with secure floors, I usually communicate this to the companion ahead of time. We coordinate via text message and usually meet in the lobby (sometimes there is a Starbucks or restaurant/shop we can use as assembly point). Then we just head to the room together. Nothing weird or strange about that - have never been pestered by security or other guests.

Am I jaded or what? Just about every appointment I have is 2 hours (occasionally 3) and I always offer to take my guy out to lunch or dinner afterwards. It's never on the clock though the subject/issue has never come up. We settle, then we go out and have a fun meal. Those who don't have the time or inclination simply say they are not available. No one has ever said, "By the way, that'll be another $200"!

It is what it is.

You're the pro in the room, he's just there to relax and have fun. If you notice the first hour has ended and it looks like things aren't wrapping up, it's the pro's job to say something like "would you like to go for a second hour?".
