Most of my hiring is done through romeo/hunqz where I have a profile with a number of clear face pics. When a provider asks for more tell him no, after all I am not selling.

On RM I am always flattered when someone asks, after all if he cares what I look like he might be interested in me as an individual rather than just as an ATM. I don't think, however, I have ever sent anyone a picture at any stage of the hiring process.

I am, however, thinking about asking for "face verification" in which case I would do this at the very end over WhatsApp, and it would be mutual.

I am sure it's big, but I think he has Photoshop too.

Fortunately most of my hiring is in Berlin, but even here some, mostly new, are trying to push the rate up to 200.  I simply decline, refuse to negotiate, and tell them to wait for someone who will pay their price.  There are LOTS of hot guys at 150.

Disagree.  The first four are normal.  The fifth I guess to be Russian, hardly unusual.

There is so little information in the ad that I fear my response may be based on my imagination and wishes rather than reality.

In general, he can call himself whatever he wants.  My only concern is how he acts with me. The worry, however, is that a self-identified "straight" guy might have unexpected limits and be less free in his actions. This can be disappointing.

Don't be snide.  I don't pay $350 either.  It's the only thing I can do to fight exploding prices. There are others, however, who seem to like to pay more....oops, I was almost snide.

Rather a lot of trouble to contact someone who expects to take money from me.  I wouldn't do it for a plumber or dentist or lawyer.

And I forgot:  location of the date? Sometimes I need a provider offering in calls (not everyone does) and sometimes I am not up for greasy sheets in the No-tell-motel.

So, here's my tire-kicking:

-- are you interested in meeting me? Not every provider is. I'm 70.

-- kissing?  It's important so I ask even if it is mentioned in the ad.

-- safe or bare? Not often specified in an ad.

-- compensation? I have my limits too.

Only the last one gets answered in every case. I prefer to get past these before going to a telephone number.  If some of you guys don't like that, there are others in the business. I find providers to have fun with, and if I don't, well, I get to keep the money.  Wheeeeeeee!

Curiously, I find that in Hunqz/romeo fewer and fewer guys want to switch to WhatsApp.

Simple.  Some of us contact multiple providers before making a decision: to make sure they are interested, to check a few requirements, to see how they respond.  Doing it by text puts a lot of strange numbers in my phone and increases the risk of an inappropriate message ("hey stud, wanna....") popping up at an inappropriate time (it happens).  Of course, once the date is firm I have no problem switching to text.
