So will you be a "tourist" in France?
If not, what will you consider yourself to be? 🥰

The "locals" will take money from any visitor who doesn't speak their language -- or doesn't speak it well. It's definitely not limited to Americans visiting France or anywhere else. There are "ugly" Germans, Chinese, Brits, and Russians flocking to countries around the world.
Furthermore, you didn't seem to notice that I was specifically describing the exchange of money. I was not talking about behavior or cultural insensitivities.
Seems like someone is overly "sensitive" and irritated when seeing certain posts. Something about "panties" and "twist" comes to mind. 😍

this is exactly where the “ugly American” stereotype comes from.
The assumption is that for money, the locals will tolerate your behavior and/or cultural insensitivity.
as for providers - I’ve seen plenty of guys in Thermas decline clients who wanted to pay, for whatever reason. A bad vibe is a bad vibe - money becomes irrelevant.
they know how to spot the problematic clients.

I LOVE rimming. It’s among my best sexual talents, and one of my specialties. I enjoy doing this for my clients, and sometimes they book me just for a rimming session. It’s not infrequent I make men cum this way. Great if a client enjoys rimming me too, but I’m truly a giver. I wrote a guide. Linking below:

Re time allocated - check beforehand if a provider is including shower time, get to know you  chat time in the session calculation etc. Misunderstandings can occur. You can’t force someone to spend time with you in this business if they don’t want to, and it would hardly be pleasant if they felt forced, but the providers who have tried that stuff with me will never get rebooked so the long term loss is greater for them.

For some the thrill of being with new providers and experiencing variety (if available in their market) is part of why they engage in the hobby vs seek out fwbs or partners if they have them.

I always tell providers that my experience is not dependent on whether I cum or not.  I let them know what I enjoy and to focus on that.  I’ve found that as I’ve gotten older, I can reach a point of overstimulation where cumming isn’t likely to happen - although I’m very much enjoying the sex. It seems to take the pressure off both parties & I have better overall outcomes.
I don’t expect a provider to cum ever.  If they want to, then fine.
As for the time - I’m the clock watcher & will remind him I’m aware of the time at the 50 minute mark.  about 50% of the time, I’ll ask to extend & pay. For the rest, an hour is sufficient.  If we’re both having fun & he just wants to stay, that’s ok too.  I can only remember one guy shorting me on time, although a few times where I left early.  I think it’s reasonable to confirm you will get a full hour before you schedule.
I keep my expectations low & reasonable, while treating the provider as I would any other guest.
Drinks are always offered before & after if in my home/hotel.  Shower offered after, of course.

Someone just "told" you this about the French? Do you think they won't talk to you in English or accept your euros? Do you think that escorts and other hustlers won't want to do business with you?😆
It's like one of the biggest talking points (and jokes) about tourism in France.

this is accurate - I haven’t seen any Eastern Europeans in Thermas last few visits.  It’s now almost exclusively Latinos.
As mentioned in previous posts - many of the long-term regulars have moved on and very few guys there now were there pre-Covid.  The current ratio is much more Brazilian overall w some Colombians, Venezuelans, Dominicans & Cubans.
When the Egyptian is no longer there, you know times have changed.

    Nice is nice.
couldn't resist. It was actually my first time in Nice last summer and I loved it so much I skipped Barcelona and stayed an extra week. There are very expensive hotels down in the Old Town beach area but there are also very nice reasonable hotels in the center. I stayed in the new high-rise Holiday Inn Express which is really nice and great location across from Notre Dame de Nice for just over $100/night. 85-year old ladies in couture fashion and flawless makeup and hair would walk their poodles by us while we were having breakfast at 8am on the terrace. The food is amazing and amazingly cheap. There's a group of restaurants in the center locals all go to (and tourists "in the know"). The speciality is Riviera Pizza which is just amazing but a bite has calories for a whole day. More art than Paris as it was the working home for so many top artists. The real Old Town is 5 minute Uber from the center. It's sky high and lower quality. It has over a dozen gay bars, a gay sauna, a strip club and an Eagle with muscle dancers on the bar and in a sling in the back room taking tips. (the HIE has a gay drag/strip club down the block that i think is Nice's largest.) The guys on the beach are healthy and stunning muscles (no sand , just rocks). I enjoy the "French" lifestyle more there than what's left in Paris and for a lot less $$ than Paris or Barcelona. (i did a trip report here but too lazy to find it). Nice is big on Hunqz. But it's gay sauna really needs rentboys.

We were there in June and it was perfect. Warm enough for shirts off and cruising. There are a lot of US tourists in close-in Old Town by the beach but you can avoid them (and their prices) more in the center right next to Old Town where the trendy people live. People in Provence pride themselves on being friendly, their food, and their art.  Of course I hear half of Paris is there in August so IDK then.

Thermas is most certainly 100% escorts and clients. No one goes there for anything else.

I highly recommend the ignore button, for him too.”

thank you for this - one of the most thoughtful & wise comments I’ve ever seen here.  this is a site where the core subject of interest is sex in context of providers, reviews & all things related - there is no confusion about that. It’s a place for free expression about topics that are typically off-limits elsewhere.
Yet, there are members using this site who attempt to control the narrative, censor and limit those expressions.  It’s not because they’re offended - they just don’t like the person posting or they just might disagree.  Typically, these are the people keeping the mods busy with their constant reporting & complaints. The “Karens” of the forum

I’ve noticed a pattern among a few here whose sole presence is to find fault with the people who post about their real experiences, travel, etc.  instead of contributing something worthwhile, they zero in on grammar, spelling, politically correct terminology, etc simply to undermine the real experience conveyed.  Seems like a waste of time, but they need something to fill their days.  It’s all about their own jealousy & boredom in the end, not making a real contribution.
And yes - the best way to deal with them is to place them on ignore.  I’ve often thought it would be fun to share our “ignored lists” - likely a definite no-no & that would make them crazy for sure.

in other words, you want to control & censor others to suit you because you won’t use ignore for people you don’t like. Then you twist those posts into an issue about word choice, personal  attacks or something else that you report to the mods, which suits your end goal to control & censor the people you don’t like…a passive/aggressive move behind the scenes.  And you have company as there are others operating the exact same way.
That is what’s childish - your inability to allow different thoughts, different standards, different word choices, different opinions, different experiences & your perceived ownership of the site.  you evidently feel threatened for some reason when opinions or thoughts are different from yours.
and this will certainly trigger another complaint - even though this is the exact subject of the thread & is not a personal attack.
