I won't quit... but some might and have because of:
lack of desire cost of living economic uncertainty changing personal circumstances: relationship, finding fulfilling free sex with other guys,  downsizing / rightsizing expenses

I can't imagine that I would flat-out quit, but I've definitely slowed down since I started in my mid-20's. Less desire as I get older, a bit more careful about money, and much pickier about finding a guy I would hire.

Recently had a "meh" encounter with an established CoM-recommended gent. In the subsequent 24hrs, routine pleasantries were exchanged via text. A week after the meetup, I receive another text politely but directly requesting that I leave a five star review, referencing our post-meetup pleasantries as evidence of my having a great time and noting that "things have been slow lately"... This particular gent has 100+ RM reviews -- with most recent from April 2026 -- and he currently has a 5.0 rating. 

I'm perplexed about how to proceed.
I could just ignore the request -- which is typically not how I roll, so it feels weird and uncomfortable to do so. I could leave the 5star review -- which wouldn't be honest but under no circumstances would I mess with any gent's overall rating just because I could. I could reply to him explaining that I no longer leave reviews on RM, due past (not great) experiences doing so -- which is basically true but possibly irrelevant I could do something else that I'm not thinking of... I do not anticipate booking with this particular gent again.
And I don't know that I'm looking for guidance. Just needed to shake this annoyance off.

PS: as an aside, I find that I'm mostly okay with tipping culture run amok but it's the unrelenting loop of "please leave a rating to let us know how well we served you today" feedback requests that is clearly working my nerves... 


 

How can someone here be interested in you if we know nothing about you. 
You can start off with some basics:
Age What do you look like? i.e. height, weight, body type (i.e skinny/swimmer/bodybuilder), race/ethnicity, smooth/hairy, eye/hair color, face (boyish/masculine) tattoos..... What services are you offering Anything else you want us to know about you Photos would be very helpful.

Wouldn't it be the client's responsibility to bring their own tootbrush? There are disposable toothbrushes that are preloaded with xylitol that will leave your cheeks and gums freshly scrubbed from the manjuice that you just enjoyed 

The 1988-89 production of Our Town. I saw it with both Penelope Ann Miller and Helen Hunt as Emily Webb. Don Ameche was the stage manager towards the end of it's short run. It was recorded for PBS and can be found on YouTube. 
I saw the Paul Newman production as well, but didn't enjoy it as much.

I attended one in London a few years ago. Over priced, over crowded, over rated. It’s a vanity project for him. Avoid. 

I'll never understand guys who feel the need to post numerous reviews for the same provider in a short time span. On Yungxlzay's ad, Tilthelastdrop has 35 of the 51 reviews. 

I see where you're coming from, but would you be okay with contributing financially to someone with so much hatefulness?  Only speaking for myself, but I wouldn't be able to hire any professional if I knew they promoted such ignorance and hate.  No lawyer, no accountant, no healthcare provider - I would rather distance myself from anyone with those attitudes, rather than support them - no matter how good they might be at their job.   

The only thing I prefer about MF is that most providers list their rates. I wish RM would require providers to at least list a “starting at” rate to keep me from having to sort through reviews or text the provider…

Yes, most recently. Saw a guy in December and he definitely didn't wear gloves. Had originally seen him a couple of times a few years prior. Booked a 90 minute follow-up appointment last month and I heard him putting on gloves. Not only that, I was on my stomach for 85 of those 90 minutes. Will not book again. 

Nice guy. Very interactive and hot. The last two times he was in DC he left town early, so I never got to see him. It's been a couple of years since I last saw him.
