Just in the past couple of months a few providers I've met with before have reached out to ask if I'm interested in getting together again. There are guys who are just plain into sex or particular sex acts and the way they feel (what someone can do for them), and if it doesn't matter so much with whom, money can be a deciding factor. Me, too. I would actually be willing to pay a higher rate (rather than look for a discount) for a provider who enjoys (or at least finds a way to enjoy) meeting up, since it makes a better experience for me.

As others have said above, my experience over the past year has been rates are between $300 - $400 per hour, trending towards $400 per hour. I almost always schedule for 2 hours, and so far I've only had 2 providers offer a multi-hour discount.

In my initial contact, I let a provider know that they can learn more about me from my profile, which contains my up-to-date stats, what I'm into, and a little descriptive text about that. If it's by text message, if requested by the provider, I'll include a link to my profile. I've found that all (or most all) providers view this in the course of arranging a meeting. And, when I just don't hear back from a provider, I'm guess there's a good chance that something in my profile wasn't a match for them. Better to find out sooner rather than later!
