It is an interesting point.  I have visited several masseurs/escorts hosting at very high end rental apartments on West 42 and in the Hudson Yards area.  All of these buildings have doormen who call up the tenant and then unlock the elevator to get you in.  How many times per day or week do they call up and say, Eric your guest is here?  For the most part, gentlemen visiting for 60 or 90 minutes, on average.  Of course they know what is going on.  And so does everyone else who works in that building.
On the opposite side of this, there is a masseur I visit frequently at his West Harlem apartment.  One day, one of the tenants, an elderly lady, said - there is only one reason men like you visit this building and he lives on the 4th floor.
 
 
 

now THAT is seriously ( and unnecessarily) vindictive.
Besides that, the laws in NYC specifically protect people in their right to operate a small business from their apartment.
If he were in a condo or coop then the rules about customers in the public hallways might be different. But he hasn't done anything SO terrible that anyone should consider such mean tactics against him.
He's just a lousy lay.
No reason to be awful about it.
I don't throw smoke bombs in restaurants where I've had bad service.

I think a discussion on these forums about him and the cautionary warnings are enough.  Going down the rabbit-hole of trying to get him in trouble with his apartment management is opening a whole other can of worms and comes off as vindictive, IMO.

Is it inhumane to say that provider is such a bad actor…that the relevant RE mgmt company be altered provider is running a business (a ripoff one at that) from the provider’s apartment?

his pics are legit but he looks way better than his pictures. And he does not look Asian at all. I also asked him if he is the same person on RM. He was honest and said yes.

Pretty standard ending. Don’t want to get anyone in trouble since he works at/I saw him at the spa but interpret that as you will. 

This is V from 27 Men Spa. I saw him once at the spa (went in blind, didn’t request anyone specific as I hadn’t been there in a long time and didn’t recognize most names on the schedule). Pressure was on the lighter side but he had a pleasant personality and seemed fairly focused on the massage and engaged throughout. Probably wouldn’t repeat as the pressure was too light for me but I can see it working for other people. 

I see no harm in a short, casual email or text about it. They're human too and live lives beyond just their role as a massage therapist. I would say relay it as briefly as possible unless they engage back and appear to want to continue the conversation.

Technically, E 105 and 1st is East Harlem, not the UES (which by traditional definitions ends at E 96), and by mass transit standards is a bit out of the way.

My experience—and it’s been extensive—is that virtually every masseur advertising “sensual” or “erotic” massage starts or gets naked, and many of the others as well.

So I just left the session and it did change.  The routine was the same up to the HE part where his shorts were down.  He was again sporting a rock hard boner.  This time I stroked that, but I also massaged his biceps a bit which he seemed cool with, then I reached under the shirt and massaged his stomach and nipples, again seemed ok.  So I put my hand on his hip and slightly tugged towards me and before you know it, I had something in my mouth.  We both had near simultaneous finishes.  Was a fantastic day!
