Pulled the trigger and scheduled an appointment with him. Overall a solid deep tissue (bordering on slightly painful at times, which I enjoy). The booking experience was quite a hassle though so not sure if I’d recommend or repeat. Extras were DIY and masseur stayed completely clothed until the very end.

When the hour massage rate was around 120-140 and 90 minutes is around 150 I get a lot of massages! Like 2-3 x a month
 
Now at 200 average for an hour massage (not to mention if you’re actually gonna get a good one) I’ve only been going once a month or sometimes less. 
 
I can still afford it if I want to but I’m really looking right now on the value for what you pay for. So my massage frequency definitely dropped more than 50%. I also, wonder if massage providers here are noticing the decline. Or is it just me? lol

Went to 27 this week to try V.
There wasn’t a picture of him online and the only thing in this forum that I came across, was that he was Russian. That intrigued me so I wanted to take a chance. It ended up not going in my favor. Ha ha ha ha.
V is a mid 20s guy who reminds me of a Seattle barista. Longer hair in a man bun. Unshaven. Lower lip piercing, and a rod in his ear. Looks like he just came back from teaching yoga class on the side. Not trying to yuck anybody’s Yum, but just not my type. Started off with a 30 minute Body scrub, that actually led to all indications that this was going to be a good session. In the beginning, I told him that I wanted a massage with firm pressure and so when the body scrub wasn’t firmed, I just assumed he was going lighter on this because he was using the salts. He has small, soft hands - again,  many guys are into this, Just not me. But the flip, on the scrub seemed to make me believe that I would be walking out of the room, fully relaxed  
when the body scrub was over he just handled me a towel. this was a first here as I’ve always been dried off by the therapist in other sessions here  
When it was time for the 60 Massage, the towel stayed on for the first 20 minutes which I’ve never had on this long before. Also very lightly rubbing. I asked him if he could use a little bit more pressure and he said yes, but didn’t do it. The massage was just okay. I tried giving signals, they were not accepted. No MT, not even outside of clothing. Towards the end of the Massage when the HE started “to be administered” and I say it that way because he had ZERO interest in partaking and I just told him that it was okay. The session could just end. There was no need to continue because he clearly didn’t want to be in the room.  
 
I did tip. For his time but not worth his effort. 
the general massage was about 6.5/10.

I tend to not give many details in a DM, unless it’s someone I already know on the board and have communicated with before. Random DM’s asking me about posts from years ago I routinely ignore. You never know if a provider is going to give the same exact experience to everyone. I would never assume that. This isn't 1992. Law enforcement would be fools to ignore crime information easily and readily found on the internet. Internet research relevant to the case would not go ignored in any investigation. Not any more. I think it's naive to assume otherwise.

Well, at least there's some hope that they will re-open. We have been through this with another popular spa a few years ago and they are doing well now, so there's hope.
We have to be careful even with DMs. I do not respond to DMs from new members or recent members with no track record. Sorry to those newbies just trying to get info with good intentions, but I don't want to say something to the wrong person the could be "misinterpreted" and get a masseur or spa in trouble. You can be in this forum for 5 years and have hundreds of posts, but if all them are just "tell me about this guy" then I don't feel comfortable saying more in DMs. 

Communications easy.  Apartment is a 4th-floor walk-up in East Harlem.  Matches pics for the most part (the one at RMasseur showing his exposed torso is dated but he is a muscular, attractive guy).  Very nice guy, a gentle sweetness to his personality.  Sensuality very nicely blended with therapeutic from the beginning and throughout.  No theragun used.  Naked for the whole massage, comfortable with MT.  Left happy.   

He says $100 for 60 minutes on MF, but says $120 on RM (tho without mentioning a duration...I'll assume 60 minutes).
While there are no extras, at least his price is low to compensate.
