Bigboy Joey is a big disappointment.  Wanted $$ upfront which I normally don't do, but he has 128 5-star reviews, so I did.  Big Mistake.
I am always very clear on what I'm looking for and he confirmed that he was good with that.  Did not delivery on what he promised and I asked him to leave.  At least I got some $$ back.  He said he never agreed, but looked back at his texts and saw he did agreed.  I didn't ask for anything unusual, just normal stuff....which is why I'm always clear upfront.

My main hesitation is this:  this wildly popular stud visits NYC for a short period of time.  How many clients does he pack into one day?  How 'fresh' will my experience with him be?  What if I am #6 out of 8 hires that day? Am I over-thinking this?
This is why I prefer to work with local, somewhat below-the-radar talent.
