Judgmental much? @carnalvore didn't say he had any health issues. He didn't say whether he exercises. He didn't say he was fat. What he said amounts to saying that he weighs more than he did before. That is hardly a pathology, and hardly uncommon. Maybe he can do some things to change, but there is a balance between finding providers who are happy to deal with you as you are, and working out if you need to change yourself. But the last thing you should do when a meeting with a provider doesn't go well is to blame yourself.

Based on the physique you have now, you don't need gear, you need to eat.
Eat a lot more.  And keep training.
    What is your current height/weight?
A lot of guys want to look like this, but it's not genetically possible.  You always need to be honest with yourself as to what you can physically achieve, even on SARMS or full gear.

I only need to drop 10 lbs for ideal weight, so I’m blocked from using these. I was thinking of packing on 40 extra pounds so I could qualify, and then losing 50. Concern over stretch marks and loose skin scuttled that thought.

I'm maintaining my same financial plan that I've had in place for the past decade.  I check my portfolio once a month and transfer 10% from sectors that overperformed by 20%, moving half the profits into sectors that underperformed.  This strategy has allowed me to both routinely "buy low, sell high" as well as "ride the wave" of sectors that are outperforming until they are near the end of their wave of outperformance.
Nothing in the news affects my ability to buy groceries this week or pay my rent.  Stop worrying!  If someone is depending on certain stock performance to buy groceries or pay rent, then he shouldn't be invested in the stock market with that money, regardless how he feels about a politician's personality.

When I owned my small business (1987-2011), I was bombarded with 'charity donation' calls and visits throughout the year, but especially November and December. These 'callers' would prey on  small business owners, trying to pressure us into giving 'to the community' and doing it 'for the children'. The first question I would ask them upfront was:  "What percentage of my donation goes to employee salaries and office expenses ?"  It's a simple question, and if they're asking for a donation they should have the percentage available to donators.
The callers would hang up immediately.
The in-person visitors would dance around the question, and try to change the subject and bring up the good deeds the charity is doing 'for the children'.  I'd remind them they didn't answer my question. "How much of my donation is going to your salary and office expenses and how much is going to 'the children'?"  They would do another tap dance (that was usually accompanied by a gut-crunching hearty laugh, as though I said something quite humorous) and remind me of 'the children'.  I reminded them for the last time - if I'm giving money to you, how much is actually going to 'the children' ? I would then tell them I'd do my own on-line research on their charity, and make my decision about donating tomorrow. Thanks for giving me your pamphlet, and I'll call you tomorrow.  That would anger them, and they would turn on their heels and walk out the door.
Once they left, I'd hit my computer and look up their charity. Nearly 100% of the time, less than 5% would go to 'the children' and the rest went to staff and operating expenses (and their office was always in a luxury office building in the high-rent districts of the city). Keep in mind - leased cars, dining out at fine restaurants, etc. qualify as 'operating expenses' along with office rent, and utilities.
So remember - if you're ever asked to donate to a charity you're not familiar with, ask the simple question:  "How much of my donation will be going to salaries and operating costs and how much to the 'children' (or 'war veterans', or '9-1-1 heroes', or 'abandoned pets', etc.). By law, they have to reveal that info to you as it's public information.
And BTW, I believe it was TV program Suze Orman was on decades ago which clued me into this. IIRC the rule of thumb was 85% and more should be going to the charity - not the staff or office.

Businesses sometimes have investors to answer to and IRS filing that could be audited with penalties for unjustified expenses.  i see a lot of charities thst seem to have ZERO oversight and don't appear to get caught moneylaundering until it's WAY out of control .

I support equal rights for all, but PRIDE is for those of us who are same-sex attracted. White, black, and brown don't exist in a rainbow. Something beyond our skin color unites us.

This month I will wear my old-fashioned Pride t-shirts and celebrate the gay men, lesbians, and bisexuals (some of whom cross-dressed) who fought for our rights.

Maybe health care is cheap there, even without insurance.    I was in Peru recently and ended up walking up almost blind in my right eye and called my neighbor who is an MD and he said to get my ass on the next flight home and go straight to the ER.   He is an ortho surgeon, but said it sounded like a detached retina which surgery in a week was crucial or possible an eye stroke.
When I went to the front desk and explained I was flying home that night and the reason, I asked if they would shorten the hotel stay and not penalize me.    This was a staurday morning and was flying on a red eye and the front desk clerk said they may be able to get me into an opthomologist but since it was a Saturday and I wasn't a Peru citizen, I'd have to pay out of pocket and it would be crazy expensive.   I was flying home anyway but figured what was crazy expensive in Peru might not be that much to a US citizen and I figured maybe they could call my eye doctor.

About a half hour later she told me she could only find one opthamologist that could get me in on a Saturday that spoke fluent English and he was 20 miles outside of Lima, so I just told her I would wait to get back home.   She said it was probably a good thing, because his rates were crazy expensive and she was embarrased by how much they charge.    I asked how much out of courosety and she said $100SOL (about $30 US) and I started to laugh and she thought I was laughing at how expensive it was and I told her in the US you probably wouldn't even find a Opthamologist that is working on weekends, and there is no way you would pay that little even without insurance.
I know someone whose brother and sister-in-law were in Lima seven years ago and she was in her second trimester and had to have an emergency appendix removal while they were there.  I'm sure the surgery was a little more complicated with her being pregnant and she had to spend four nights in the hospital and it ended up costing them just a little under $1K for the hospital and surgery.
If medical expenses are that cheap, I'd be happy paying out of pocket.   Really wish I would have kept up with my Spanish when I was younger.   The weather in Peru is like San Diego, it's right on the Ocean and you get get a nice apartment for around $500USD

Rowling has opinions and she's vilified because some of those opinions don't support the present zeitgeist.  I didn't see anything in the article that suggests she is taking a soft-line approach to Nazi atrocities.  Rather, she is questioning whether trans people were the first targets of the Nazi regime, and whether or not all of the research was destroyed.  There is nothing wrong with questioning a source - anyone who is a critical thinker should be questioning the source of the information that is being put out there, especially in this age when anyone can post anything as fact with little to no consequence.  The days are long gone when spreading misleading information was considered bad form and inappropriate.  Today we seem preoccupied with how information makes us feel, not whether it is accurate or not.

yet, there is only this one site that is set-up to discuss providers, reviews & adjacent topics.  and some people just can’t resist trying to drag everyone down into their miserable politicized rabbit holes.  And if you notice - it’s always Americans doing this.  They can’t help themselves.

I think this is a harsh and insensitive response to anyone who struggles with addiction or mental health. Addiction is a disease that many battle with all their might, but the disease always finds it way back into their life not due to lack of effort. I’m sure addicts are well aware of the repercussions.

Hopefully some day you will find compassion instead of looking at this as something that is black and white. Every person is different and I’m sorry you look upon these people in need as “placating, enabling and grieving losers”.  How about remembering that he was someone’s brother, son, father, uncle, friend, partner, etc.  Don’t be so quick to dismiss human life.
