Saw him last night. Therapeutic was not selected in his profile — so the massage was a deeper swedish-esque motion. A case of “Rmen advertising on RMasseur” situation.  He tries.  A bit chatty but friendly. Oh, it was a bed massage at a Koreatown hotel. Traveller. A bit naive and a new transplant from his country but that is not what I am reviewing. 
 
What i mentioned above in my earlier post — all yes. Everything but FS. 
 
The pictures are him BUT the face in the photos are super (smoothly) filtered. Body was awesome - the pics are true. Oh, not 5’10”.  Maybe 5’8” at most? Not sure but he does not look 5’10”.
 
 It’s him though so it’s not 100% catfish. He looks early 30’s but when we started talking and his mannerisms … ah yes, late 20’s.  And I was correct. 
 
English is not his strong suit so please talk slowly in person to him.  And he smokes.  I smoke as well so that wasn’t a problem.  Just ask him “do you smoke? Yes? Do you mind brushing your teeth first or chew gum?” if kissing is an ok activity for you.  
You take what it is and what it can only be.

Nice  thai man. Good technical massage.  Had some nice sensual massage techniques different from the norm. Better to lay it all out during the texting phase … he is a regular travelling masseur so to be safe, YMMV? But based on my session with him, i would repeat when he’s back in LA.   

I had one with a hundred and some odd views over a week.    Never said a word to me.   It really gave me the creeps.

Great post, Vin_Marco. I think it depends on how each one of the parties approaches or is approached. One of my favorite providers did reach out to me because I saw his profile. The way he reached out to me was enticing, in fact, was that extra little push I needed to finally see him. I'm glad because we both seem to enjoy our respective sides of the deal.
However, just like in nother settings, like in a live social situation, there are some people who don't know how to approach or don't know how to be polite when getting unwanted approaches. It really is a two-way street. I have been approached by providers in the worst way possible, aggressively, with the "today's your lucky day" attitude.
As you said, there isn't a right or wrong answer, but there can be the wrong ways of approaching or responding to being approached. My policy is not to be nasty when saying no, and if the person or provider doesn't get it, I escalate the aggressiveness until they get it (some people don't get the "no" right away or at all).

To add my two cents in … I hope I make sense … but the “syndicate” is too much of a descriptive word.  It’s a different business model.  In Asia, you go to spa and pick boys/men who are availble. In the rentmasseur world … it’s only a handful of asian travellers who are a part of it. They do tag their website on their “About Me” portion. Asiantantric. 
 
Some of the masseurs linked above do not look like members of Asiantantric and look like individual masseurs who are — like any other color out there - might have misleading pictures or are travelling all over for this type of work.  YMMV to the fullest.   
 
i’ve been to two of the asian masseurs linked here and one is a name changer and one is a new masseur in the RMasseur scene.

Met with him probably a year and a half ago. I will start with a summary:
Was it bad - no.
Would I repeat - no.
He is big and uncut. Seemed a little shorter than 5'8. Pics a little out dated. He wasn't in as great of shape, but not bad. Friendly Personable. Clean. Not a good kisser. Not rock hard.
Certainly, everyone's experience may be different, but I don't think we had a connection. I feel like he put forth a lot of effort, and tried to give me what most expect from him. We had talked about my expectations prior to meeting, and once I got him back on that path, the session improved, but not 5 star.

Nice young man.  Actually knows how to massage. I would have wanted the massage to last longer than the fun haha.  

He’s one of those masseurs that *gets it.  We, well I (i won’t generalize), hire off of rentmasseur for not just a good massage but some fun (not escort fun).  MT, MNude, HE.  There were more, DM me.  
 
It’s just that I’m not into twinky guys at the moment (don’t @ me hahaha)(i taste the rainbow, equal opportunity employer) and I will put  RyanLexus in my great after-the-work-week massage column.  
 
That one review in RMasseur is legit, upon reading it again after my one session.

I’m slowly and begrudgingly coming to terms with it, and have less of a problem when it’s someone that I’ve been to and know that I’m getting at least an excellent massage out of it (with perhaps some extras).  
My problem is with these newbies with no reviews, and when you show up and they also have no skill.  It’s not fun to pay a premium price just to have some lotion slathered on your back while they practice how to massage someone on you 😒

@colonexstacy big hugs from me! When they ask for a picture…i just say, my weight fluctuates like the tides. If they still balk and ask for vital statistics …I say thanks but I will be bring my business to someone else.  We are hiring off of RMasseur and not RMen (even still), this is not the hook-up app.

I recently went to David when I was there in Seattle last month.  Nice man, good massage  and open-minded.  

😂 shows I haven’t even read their “about me”.  Red Flags.  Maybe, when i’m more adventurous, but not any time soon.  Hahaha.

I thought it was a whole lot,  I only saw three. Not sure if they’re together as a group or just new masseurs.
 
The LA market is growing bigger by the second (though the demand hasn’t?). I asked some of my RMasseur friends and some said “slow”, some said almost the same - so really depends on how each masseur has handled their book of business.
 
 
 
 
 

I was just on the RMasseur website this morning and there’s an influx of korean men (I’m based in Los Angeles).  I think I read some earlier threads about this group.  (i’ll link their RMasseur links soon)(I have to look for the thread as well).  I might try one or two when my schedule opens up and will report back.

All good points. LA is very trend forward and materialistic. It’s fair to ask about if you’re interested in getting guys in ‘peak’ condition. I have a hard time imagining this one not looking very good over a few years, but it happens. People put on weight. I’ve seen people post pics from 20 years ago, yikes! That’s the exception, not the rule though.
Have you had success with hotel/resort massages? I’ve tried a few and they were all way overpriced for the quality. I’d rather hire privately for the same or less and get better quality.

Maybe his extras are selling you vitamins & nutrients.  I could go for some of his own protein!

Agree on what @starman05 said.  I actually have a short list of these masseurs now — great therapeutic massage (but with extras and more for some).  
Though the human connection sometimes urges me to see if friendships can be made outside the massage session, I stop myself. point blank. Period.  Also had that “biggest mistake” moment since it was “friendship-ing” - on his personal time - a RMasseur masseur for a considerable lenght of time. Long story kept short.  lol.  Are we talking about the same masseur?
I sometimes just visit the local Thai Spa aunties for a therapeutic massage instead of going searching on the many male massage sites.
