Me.  A while back.  Apartment in the Hollywood area, street parking was difficult, but he offered parking. Clean and organized apartment. Massage was good. Smaller in stature but tightly built.  Aims to please but you might need to steer him in the direction you want to go - ymmv comes into place.

I haven’t visited recently due to options in the SoCal area but I might soon.

Love this!  I've mentioned Ron previously:  https://www.massagebook.com/therapists/massagebyron
90 minutes for $150 and he gives an amazing massage with some extras thrown in!!  Highly recommend!!
Looking forward to hear what others have to say!!

I tried searching (first post saying tons of bad recommendations — possible name change?) and only saw this one.

Yeah. No.  Picky and choosy. The massage was lackluster.  Symmetrical, but lackluster. There was a moment… boner killer.  I didn’t even attempt to just get that ending. Just wanted to get out as fast I can. Nothing extreme was asked in the text - just HE and MT — super basics, since I’m just trying him out.
And … and tried to upsell to 90mins.  I tend to do 60mins to check if I’ll put them on a somewhat regular rotation. Nope. Not him.

yeah, no.  Get far far away.  Masseurs who pick and choose, nope.

    Level-headed me - ymmv I guess.

A fellow forum friend recommended that I try Oliver. I agree with 7829V’s comment about the “trained” part and the older and heavier part. Still looks goods though.  You will most definitely get a good massage. YMMV. For me, when I asked him to derobe during MT HE, he obliged …and more.  Might be near my top 5 where you get your money’s worth, especially now that the LA massage rates (amongst other things) are getting higher and higher.

Billy advertises a base rate of $130 for a 2 hour session. I think we can all agree that this is an exceptional and low rate even for a one hour massage from most providers on Rent Masseur.
The "rudeness and storming off" is subjective. But it's not like the providers here don't know that they are priced well below their competitive set in Los Angeles. It behooves the the client to be mindful of that, especially with longer sessions and and "extra service." I don't agree with the behavior that the client says occurred, but a fair amount of grace should be given to Billy, was the client aggressive? Wanted more service than Billy was willing to provide?  Let's be honest that was a poor tip, regardless. This is Los Angeles, not Bangkok

I've had a few....and I all will say is...I have learned that if my instincts are telling me something....now I listen and respond accordingly.  I no longer "give them the benefit of the doubt" when my gut tells me otherwise

If Anttoane gave an A+ therapeutic massage I might pay $300/hour, but that's not his market or his reputation. I'm well past my "will he or won't he" years. He won't. Why pay for blueballs?

TennisPro35 reacted to Kregger52 in Should I post my exhaustive reviews of LA masseurs?
Hi all, I've been seeing Masseurs here in LA for many years, and kept notes on the good, the bad, and the ugly.   I've never posted my reviews to provide some secrecy but after paying $250 for an absolutely awful therapeutic massage in LA last week I'm done protecting providers.
So let me ask y'all: should I post my notes?  I've seen so many of them here in LA and by and large I must say the overall quality is just average here.  There a few standouts who really understand service but many do not.
I'm feeling now that if you suck at your job people have a right to know.
    Thoughts?

Could be lots of reasons he’s not replied, I’d be wary to assume it’s because you’re less attractive than previously. I think it’s bad of him not to reply to you even with an excuse if he doesn’t want your custom. Unless he’s forgotten it’s really no excuse for not sending a ‘sorry I’m fully booked’ message or something. If this is genuinely how he behaves towards someone who has been a good client is he really worth seeing again? It’s your opportunity to find a new guy who will value your business and you.

One of the absolute BEST. I know I have said this before but he reminds me of Henry Cavill. So sexy, he knows how to work on you and bring you to heaven. Hope he comes back to work soon because woof woof

I'd recommend trying them all. People's experiences with one masseur vary a lot from mine. It depends on a lot of factors.

Yes and I'd be one of them.
I think you're still right-on that the majority of clients looking through rent.men are male, I was under the impression that most of the straight providers on RM were GFP and that there are a lot of male clients who enjoy both bi and straight providers. Similarly there are also some SFP gay male providers (some on this forum) but when I've asked gay providers on RM and MF if they take female clients, the answer I got was 'no' (though usually a very kind and respectful "no") 100% of the time, so I started filtering Bi providers and had better luck. Some of the Bi providers do get clients who are couples looking for a 3rd (or 4th, 5th and so on) but I'd guess it's not as often.

Great masseur.  Therapeutic (thai, swedish) and sensual AND erotic in the same session.  I often visit him when the need is the three mentioned above.

Basics are there.   Extra extras when both are comfortable. He goes with the flow.

I will pass.  I just had a massage with him.  Therapeutic all the way, draped like i was a mummy.  Which isn’t so bad, if that’s your thing.  Quoted me $180, dropped it down to $160 when I was paying at the end.  Halfway, when i noticed that there won’t be any sensual grazing (not even 1cm of grazing happened)…halfway, i asked, “oh i didnt know I was going to be fully draped for the whole massage (trying to see if at the very least …something)”, he responded, “i know, sorry”.

Ymmv? Perhaps. Unless another forum member/friend reports back different from mine— this is my PSA.

He stayed fully clothed, no MT no HE.  Maybe there was but it was a mile away (at another masseur, perhaps haha).

(To be fair, massage was good.)

I blame myself.  I should have asked about particulars beforehand.

Sane to my other post : To those who requested privately the details of my experience with this provider whom I have shared, in the future please don't use what I’ve shared to you to request same experience or level of session as it is always YMMV and masseurs has the right and preference to whom they wanted to do more than massage. I’ve shared them to give you idea of what my session has been but do not use me or the details to ask the masseurs to request same as it is always different with each sessions. The provider has reached out to me requesting to stop sharing details as it’s been annoying for him to get request he does not feel comfortable doing!!! Thank you !

I’d say yes you can. I’m on Rentmasseur only but I get clients asking for escort style services, it’s fine by me and I think most guys advertising on RMasseur are comfortable working in that grey area between escort and masseur.
If he advertises therapeutic only then maybe avoid asking for anything sexual but if he offers sensual or erotic  go ahead and ask what the lines are.

I share the sentiment.   The first year and a half of when I was even introduced to RMasseur and MF… trips were booked left and right.

Nowadays, it’s just when the mood arises.

Personal points to ponder (for me) are the expense and my addictive personality (using it loosely).  $$ wise, I just equate it to gambling — do not think of the loses.
