Back to the subject... I've been to Morocco, Senegal, Gambia, Kenya, Tanzania, South Africa and Lesotho.
I would say South Africa, particularly Cape Town is the easiest place to find a male escort who isn't going to give you any problems.
Morocco in Marakesh has an underground "anything goes" tourist culture where anything you want can be had for a price...but always at your own risk when something goes bad. I think it's because I just came back from Brazil and "boy" is the second most common euphemism for a male prostitute there.
