Is the server in said country?

Can I just clarify something about not doing any “advocating any criminal act [...] in regards to prostitution [...]”

Would a description of sex against money in a country where it is 100% legal, by 2 non Americans, fall under this ban?

For FOSTA it shouldn't make any difference.

In my opinion that would be promoting and would need to be reviewed.

To clarify, I am talking about your interpretation for this forum.

Basically, can I tell everyone if go to a 100% legal male brothel in Japan, or will you delete my posts and ban me?

I'm wondering when a post becomes a review. I'm thinking to myself, "Does it have to do with length? Too much detail? An obvious agenda?"

Then I wondered if the rule applies just to a massage therapist post, or does the rule apply to movies, TV, etc. I'll search the threads. Maybe it's discussed there.

From what I’ve seen/read, it appears to be when there is too much detail about an escort encounter..

If you simply say something along the lines, “I had a great time or a negative time with so and so, pm me for details,” you’d be fine. Or if you give your account of attempting to meet with someone, but you don’t meet... I think it is allowed to a degree. Going beyond that is more than likely heading in to review territory.
