I'm wondering when a post becomes a review. I'm thinking to myself, "Does it have to do with length? Too much detail? An obvious agenda?"

Then I wondered if the rule applies just to a massage therapist post, or does the rule apply to movies, TV, etc. I'll search the threads. Maybe it's discussed there.

The fifth section of the "Terms and Rules" reads as follows:

"CHANGES TO THE RULES

We reserve the right to modify the rules, at any time, as needed to meet the needs of this ever-evolving forum community. We will endeavor to keep this document up-to-date and to post changes to the rules in a timely basis. Questions or concerns about the rules should be addressed to webmaster@m4m-forum.org."

The last sentence explains what you should do if and/or when you have questions.

it's always been my understanding that it applies only to meetings with masseurs or escorts. On the other hand, if you post Thursday morning who got voted off Survivor Wednesday night, be prepared for some grief. :)

So how long should one wait before posting reality show results?

In my opinion that would be promoting and would need to be reviewed.

Why do you think that would be promoting? It is just @Tarte Gogo sharing an experience. If that is promoting, so we cannot share here our adventures in Brazilian saunas, for instance. What about here in the USA? That means we cannot talk freely about what we do with escorts, you cannot expect that we will have in the forums the same restrain we need to show in the reviews.

I am going to assume that you are just giving the answer that should be documented, and that actually such a policy will not be enforced. Otherwise, I am afraid it would be the end of the forums, right when they are looking at their best and you are working in this awesome upgrade.

Making such an assumption would not be wise.

Which is why this year, I did not share here my experiences in Brazilian saunas. Too difficult to work around the new rules.

Since @Guy Fawkes replied to me here above, my understanding has been that, on this forum:

- you can talk about having sex in a positive way

- you can talk about hiring an escort for their time only, and you can even say how much it was

- you could in theory talk about paying for sex in a negative tone (because that is not promoting prostitution), but no one does that.

- but you cannot talk positively about paying for sex, that would be promoting prostitution.

So if you relay a sexual experience, don’t mention any money.

If you relay an escort experience (money for time) don’t mention any sex.

Use the 'Report' button on a post you think needs review. The mods will look into it.

Hi. Thanks. I know about reporting a post, but typically, I think, that is more about one forum member saying something to another forum member. I was wondering more about homophobia, that isn't aimed at anyone in particular, but all of us in general.

It's something you need to probably send private email about rather than create a public shitstorm.

Many, if not most forum members, will respond even if in a very simple way to simple questions about what happened and how much was involved regarding "time offered." They will often describe what happened to them but don't count on it. You may have to ask specific questions but you nonetheless will eventually have to ask the actual escort about what he will actually do and for how much. However it will give you a good start and will help you avoid violating the Rules. Good luck.
