Do OnlyFans hosts have the option of turning off the useless Twitter updates? As others have noted on this thread, the OnlyFans updates that have nothing to do with content can clutter up an otherwise decent escort/pornstar feed. Some guys have pages of "I've just got a new #fan! Get access to my unseen and exclusive content at https://onlyfans.com/..." tweets (with the occasional "I am available now for the next 6 Hours on https://rent.men..." update interspersed) overwhelming their interesting tweet updates.

In twitter you can filter these out: Settings -> Muted Words -> ADD -> enter: fan# (no spaces, lower case, the filter is case sensitive)

Often the content is poor or uninteresting. It often appears to be done by people that have little knowledge of or ability to film. So I think the novelty won't last. Moreover, people see the content elsewhere.

No one is killing the industry. It is just dying or readjusting, like many other industries since Internet revolution.

I don't think there is one. Just different venues. However, I did find JustForFans to be easier to navigate and search. My guess is they learned from OnlyFans' mistakes.

Dont get too attached to OnlyFans. They may not be around long. I just learned they do not verify age before letting ppl post their porn. Bold. Stupid.

 

It seems that every model and their dog on Instagram and Twitter has an OnlyFans and clutters Twitter not only announcing every new customer but also every time one renews. PITA. FB is sure to disconnect IG from OnlyFans soon. Not a headache FB/IG needs. Twitter is trash anyway since 45 found it.

 

Why can't these guys just stand on street corners giving blowjobs in cars for 50 like they used to.

God that is so true. Remember the travel agencies that you had to go to, to buy a plane ticket? They were everywhere. Now if you ever see one still open, you think: How do they survive, who uses them?

Nobody killed them. We just stopped using them.

Tried OnlyFans last month, subscribing to 2 accounts. One was an escort's page, another just a person from xtube who posts the unblurred versions of visitors to his GH on OF.

 

Ended up unsubscribing after the 1 month. The escort posted videos somewhat regularly, but I was getting tired of seeing him and his partner in action. His group action videos I'm more into.

 

The xtube guy doesn't post enough new content to warrant paying $10 a month. He'll throw up 1, maaaaaybe 2 vids a month.

 

For me, it's about having content regularly and also mixing things up if I'm going to subscribe in the future. From what I've seen in previews on PornHub, Austin Wolf's OF appears to cover both. Knowing his history of high prices, a subscription probably costs $50 a month lol.

 

It's very annoying OF doesn't provide previews of the content. You're making a blind purchase/decision. Hopefully someone can start a thread, listing the best pages to check out.

Well, ladies and ladies, definitely justfor.fans is so much better than onlyfans. I just opened an account associated with my blog. It was so easy and they are so friendly. They are more expensive, they keep 30% of my revenue, but they are better than any there alternative I researched. It took me 12 hours to get my account verified and approved. I am still waiting to hear from onlyfans after more than 10 days of applying. Thank you so much for the tip, @rvwnsd , you saved me.

 

I do not think many people are using these platforms the way I am planning on, wish me luck.

There is such a panoply of guys that have sites you might want to describe the type that you would like to see. Or you might want to use the tumblr accounts and see what kinds of guys. Many will say whether they have a Just4Fans/OnlyFans accounts.
