It's very much a grower, so if I was ever to have my penis tattooed I'd have to take account of that. I'd have to pick something that looked good at about 2.5x its original size. :D

Or have it tattooed with a boner-pain or pleasure?! :)

As I look at escort ads, I notice now that most escorts under 30 years old have tattoos. And not just a single tat, but several all over - arms, legs, calves and chests. This trend has been around for several years and seems to be getting more common.

Does anyone here think that the tattoos make a guy look better? I don't. My opinion is that they cover and distract from a beautiful body - especially if they are large - like ones that cover an entire pectoral muscle - or an entire arm sleeve. But I'm betting that I'm in the minority.

As the tattoo trend seems to grow, it makes me think of the saying: "Nothing expresses your individuality like doing exactly what everyone else is doing."

I can't agree with you anymore on this tattoo thing ! With tattoo these guys are covering their beautiful skin. Can the difference be made if they are nude ur not? Tattoos seem to be a great distraction and I will prefer to have the action in dark with these guys!

I'm not the only one who uses the term "Tattoo Police"? Phew.

They stew about so many things - that gorgeous men are ruining their looks with tats; that the tat scourge is ruining Hollywood because all the leading man candidates are covered with tats, that escorts are ruining their business because they have tats, that men are stymied in their professional development because they have tats. It's really funny. I remember reading that the directors of "Leftovers" were trying to decide what to do about Justin Theroux's tats, and someone came up with the brilliant idea of letting his character have tats.

I don't need to have much face time with my clients, but occasionally, I have to meet in person, usually with prospective clients. I used to make it a point to wear a long-sleeved shirt for these appointments. I don't bother with it anymore, and nobody even seems to notice the tats.

I agree with traction (and others) who don't understand why guys spend time in the gym building and shaping their beautiful musculature and then cover it with tattoos - especially the ones with a random tattoo here or there. To me, it's like painting a mustache on the Mona Lisa. That being stated, to each his own - I would never tell someone that their tattoo is unbecoming or will not help their business. There is a masseur in the Phoenix area whose right shoulder and arm are densely decorated, clearly seen in his ads posted on various sites. It hasn't stopped me from hiring him or from returning on several occasions; he's so attractive in other ways that I barely notice the tattoos in person.

I have no idea whether or not tattoos are an aphrodisiac for most of us----or a turn-off. For me, though, massive tattoos usually tilt the balace against hiring an otherwise impressive escort.

I am glad so many guys hate tattoos. That means these guys will have more time for the rest of us:

I really hate tats....sorry...

So many times I've asked guys why they have tats....and most say...."I wish I never got them"

I am selective as well when hiring

You don't have to be sorry that you hate them. There's room for everybody.

On a recent trip to the grocery store, there was a stacked couple going around, the taller guy had a shirt that said "Tattooed & Employed". I got in the line right behind them....

Some people like blonds. Some don't. Some don't care. Ink is clearly a personal thing.

The only story I can relate to this is that a few of my clients have told me point-blank that one reason they originally hired me was because my body wasn't full of tattoos. Not only was it their personal preference, but in bringing me along to very public events they said it attracted the wrong kind of attention.

*shrug* To each their own, I say :)

People who have given it any thought before they go under the needle recognize that there may be costs to be paid.

In spite of the fact that every single one of his tattoos is horribly executed, I like the overall effect - kind of organic. It looks he and his friends tattooed each other.
