I've gotten so conditioned to my own hand that I can rarely come any other way. I don't really understand how this happened. Before the epidemic, when condomless sex was the rule, I could come fucking my partner, getting a handjob, receiving oral. Could be it's just age, but some have suggested it's AIDS baggage.

Not all are mechanical. It's been a long time between good ones for me.
