It has happened to me on occasion, i.e., the photos in an ad were not of the same person who appeared for the meeting.

I'm a very blunt and straight-to-the-point person so I would treat it like any other situation and get up and leave or tell the guy they can leave. If they try to get violent, that's a quick 911 call and they can deal with those charges.
