I forget when I hired Tristan Waters, but it was long after the photo now on line yet again. Yes, he was much older, but otherwise the same.

 

Also, Tristan is still a huge fan of this site.

PS - there used to be a place in LA called House of Caviar. I made a reservation there to celebrate my birthday - 50 -(years ago when I did celebrate) with 20 friends (at my age I do have a few left).

Reservation was confirmed. We showed up and lo and behold, not just closed but out of business.

Ever since then caviar has been a bit salty!

There was a restaurant next door that took us in a private room - took just long enough to set up and the evening was great. What a save!
