And it isn't Sheldon Adelson!

"What you should know before contacting Sheldon:

-Texts are preferred method of contact. Calls will NOT be answered.

-Allow up to 12 hours for a response -- if no response DO NOT continue sending more texts.

-Overnights and travel companions are rarely available for first-time friends.

-Sex is NOT offered. Do not contact if that's what you seek.

-If you are serious about connecting, the very first text you send should say "AbUn" -- this signifies that you've actually read through the entire profile. You will receive a reply "dance" to which you should respond with the following:

1) what you are interested in

2) the date(s)/time you are available

3) if the arrangement is for incall or outcall

This process makes it easier to identify compatible inquiries."

Is that from an escort advertisement or a hostage negotiation?

Sorry too many rules, I wonder if he knows he has to be more approachable.

Sounds like my uncle's stories of a code to make it into a speakeasy...

Gotta say his third-person text and stiff, efficient write-up is not endearing.

Maybe his manager wrote it, LOL

Probably worth a few texts back/forth? Looks like he will be traveling to my area in a couple weeks

Remember the instructions: only text "AbUn" and then wait upto 12 hours for his response: "dance." Then it is all on your court to prove you are compatible. Please report back!

I don't fault the kid for "pre-screening" serious clients. Let's be honest, these guys get dozens of lookie-loos seeing their ads/pics, and contacting them without any intention of setting up a meeting. Sure his style it's not the norm, he's going to irritate some potential clients.

Their is a SC guy who has a "dance" (if I'm understanding dance correctly) whereby there is a series of back/forth texts to verify each other, examine mutual expectations, and perhaps prevent an unsatisfactory meet. Worked very well for me/him, we recently completed our third visit.

Who knows, this kid and his ad could be totally bogus, but if I'm serious about seeing him in SoCal, what does an "AbUn" text hurt ;)

I would never hire someone for sex who has so many rules just about how to contact him.

I think he's gorgeous but he's in the wrong business, I can't imagine how many rules he has for other parts of his life.

If your ad comes with an instruction manual, it is no fun anymore.

Besides who the hell reads the whole ad? Usually guys just look at pics...

I'm sure he'll change his manners soon, too many rules.

The fact he did exactly one solo scene in SC four years ago and nothing else for them would seem to suggest he's not really into, like, DOING anything. I'd stay very far away. And who knows if it's even him or just someone who stole pics?

Please clarify which SC guy? SheldonSC did a scene, the escort in question here did a SC solo?

If you look on the Sean Cody site and search on model name, "Sheldon" is the person in the pictures in this escort ad. I would presume he's putting SC in his name to highlight that without directly stating he was a Sean Cody model, since my understanding is they are contractually bound not to advertise as escorts highlighting their SC experience.

@sniper

I understand but I think that only applies to current models, and they can mention their SC experience without using those pics later once they're no longer under contract.

I would take all Sean Cody stats with a grain of salt as they added those to the site only a couple of years ago, I'm sure all the older models are guesses. Then again he says he's 24 now and the scene was 4 years ago, possibly shot 5 years ago, so it's possible he grew. I know someone who entered college under 6 feet tall and graduated 6'5".

OK, that video was super hot. I love when guys get hard in their shorts first. Nice teasing.

Good point, @azdr0710. I like the optimism with which @MikeBiDude views Sheldon's ad and his tolerance for following step-by-step instructions. To me, serious clients come in a wide variety. Some of us will follow instructions and some of us won't be bothered. It is all good bc the market is large enough where we can have our cake and eat it too. Today, it is is a buyer's market. I'm not suggesting we take advantage bc that's just bad karma, but let's be realistic: In my view, only proven entities deserve the luxury of a multi-step authentication process. Until Sheldon has a few reviews under his belt, I ain't buying.

The way an new, unproven escort looks on his pix is important to me, but I put a lot more value on how he expresses himself in his profile and even more value on how he texts and comports himself with me as we both verify each other's "seriousness." So far, Sheldon is cute, but he lost me in his value proposition.

I repeat myself: the beauty of this forum is that we have clients who view things very differently and that helps us all learn and mitigate hiring risks. I do want @MikeBiDude to report back bc that will help me view Sheldon in a different light (hopefully). On this guy, I rather not be an early adopter. Let other hobbyists with higher risk tolerance blaze the trail. :)

Yeah...I tend to like the "hunt", blaze that trail! LOL

Call it 50/50 average on the ones that will actually make it to me "live" beyond the vetting and texting etc. Of those about I claim a 90% success rate of fun. I'd take that ROI at the racetrack, lol!
