I have to go back to my first ever hire 5 years ago, Ares Apollo in NYC and one major thing he did that helped me in all my future appointments:

 

Through our entire appointment, I kept apologizing for my lack of oral skills and my lack of confidence in bed, saying I was sorry about this or that again and again. After our session was finished, before we got cleaned up and dressed, he patted the bed for me to sit beside him and, like a stern but loving father, (he's at least 30 years my junior!:)) told me NEVER to apologize to any future escort for any self-perceived lack of sexual skills. He also told me that I should never apologize for any physical shortcomings I felt I have (overweight, older, etc.) and went on to point out various aspects about me physically he found to be quite a turn-on for him and which he assured me future escorts would also find attractive!

 

I credit him and his loving lecture for starting a new chapter in my life with beginning to positively build my self-confidence which is so much stronger now than it was in my younger years when I always felt like the unattractive wallflower in most gay social situations. Also, thanks to him, I found this hobby that keeps me happy, adventurous and feeling younger and more energetic than most of my same-age friends! Finally, the "little thing" wasn't said to me but right after our play was concluded, I was sweating profusely and he lay next to me, literally blowing air gently at my face to help my sweat dry. This act seemed so much more intimate to me than even the genital contact we'd just had. That small gesture from him hooked me for life and showed me how wonderful a true BFE can be!

 

I have had so many kind and exciting "little things" freely given to me over my years of hiring from many, many excellent guys but I always think back to that very first experience and know if my first had not been Ares, my perception of this hobby might have been so very different.

Nice compliment at the time... but now with all of us out the closet my straight cousins can't get time enough to handle all the demand they're getting from lonely women.

Sidenote, but it's more a matter of mindset. I'm getting the opposite story from guys I meet on OKCupid dating site and I'm inundated with messages. I am picky, upfront, know what I want, and confident, and so far that's been working for me.

He had black electrical tape over the camera and microphone ports of his MacBook. This to me indicates that he's so paranoid of his MacBook's camera or microphone ports being hacked that he covered them up - physically!

 

Maybe when we enter into a business transaction we should be bringing the electrical tape to cover said service provider's phone and computer camera and microphone ports to insure his confidentiality?

All laptop cameras in our office and household are covered because it's possible for them to be on without the light being lit. Yes, it could be paranoid, asking clients or escorts to put cameras away or cover them up would be worth considering for those who require total discretion.

All laptop cameras in our office and household are covered because it's possible for them to be on without the light being lit. Yes, it could be paranoid, asking clients or escorts to put cameras away or cover them up would be worth considering for those who require total discretion.

Also my laptop at home and my tablet when I am watching porn and jerking off. Not only they can hack your webcams, but also disable the led, so you can only notice you were hacked if you are tech savvy.
