A lot of escorts advertise as "straight", I presume because some gay men enjoy the fantasy that they're having sex with a straight guy. Personally, it does the opposite for me since I'd rather enjoy the fantasy that there is actually some mutual attraction possible. I skip the "straight" ones precisely because I think they may have a disdainful attitude or may not be able to get it up. But clearly, some clients do want to think their escort is straight.

Needless to say, whether the escort is truly straight or not doesn't matter and you probably won't find out.

Just a quick poll though, how do posters here think "straight" is a positive attribute for an escort?

It's not a positive or a negative imho. What matters is if the working guy (be he identifies as gay, bi, or straight) satisfies me as a client.

 

I've met all types doing this hobby and except for a very few, all have been fun to some degree. That includes those who identify as straight or straightish. Hell one guy I see at least once a year is getting married to a woman next year. He has a kid. His wife knows he comes to see me. Good point. It's another reason I like to hire straight - I know they don't care what I look like because they aren't attracted to any men. With other gay guys I just feel ugly and self-conscious.

I have no opinion of them, I don't even know what's the percentage of truly BI people (people who are equally attracted to both sexes) in this country.
