Looks like a decent looking guy with a more that decent bbody... Nice pecs indeed!

 

I would clip the hair and the use it to construct quite a nice homemade flogger. Here's a pic of a horsehair flogger. Why not his hair?!?! Plus his is already perfectly braided. The hard part would be already done!

His price point is a bit steep. He is a good looking man with a nice body. I do not care for the hair, but I am sure there are those to whom it appeals. I do believe he playing to a niche market rather than trying to have a traditional appeal. If he wanted mass appeal, he would shuck the hair.
