Stars really aligned well for KC as they could have been out of the playoffs but came back time and time again against Houston and Toronto and again against the Mets.

They actually did that all year. Unlike the Mets, who actually did not lead their division for much of the year they've just been consisently ON and they just keep coming.

Is tailgating, drinking beer, and watching football all day an appropriate way to observe All Saints Day? o_O I hope so.

The 52-49 game certainly deserves its own posting, if not its own separate thread. Geaux Saints.

(I know little about sports any more bc every headline is the about extent and severity of the injuries of Andrew Luck and Le'Veon Bell. I just wanted to rant about how obsessive ESPN is with injury reports and breaking news of which players got carted off the field during the second quarter and which players are probable for tomorrow's game and why. I don't want constant reminders of how barbaric football is. Someone please "like" this post bc I know I'm not the only one.)

Extremely high scoring game for All Saints Day, are you suggesting that higher powers were at play for the Saints?

The focus on injuries are for the extensive sub group of "fans"who are no longer team fans but player fans depending on what players they have picked on their fantasy football team, and their pending weekly match ups. :(

Barbaric brutality is what makes football worth watching.

GO 7-0 Broncos!!!!:D

As a Giant fan, I can tell you there were no higher powers, only coaches that know nothing about clock management and who have done that kind of "give the other the the last few seconds to win the game" strategy many times in the past including to Dallas on opening week .
