I don't hire often, but typically always hired for a couple of hours in the evening. I've been chatting with a gentleman about a noon appointment this Saturday. I was curious how often other hire for afternoons vs. evenings, what your preferences are, and why. Or does it not matter to you as long as the person and place are right? Any opinions?

In the past I almost exclusively hired at night... Doing my type of thing just seemed to be a nocturnal activity. When visiting NYC for example this is still my practice as it seems that the afternoons are taken up with other types of activities. Plus, getting to and from the escort is quite easily accomplished in the City... Plus it's even "easier" if the escort comes to your hotel.

 

However, when at my home base an afternoon appointment works just fine... and especially if either I or the escort has to drive a distsnce to make things happen. There are times when practicality trumps ambience.

When I started out I liked morning appointments in that we could both enjoy a bit of cuddling under the covers as we got started. It seemed odd to me over time that beiing able to get under the covers needed to be a request if you wanted it to happen. Seems so much more intimate to me (granted being flogged under the covers was a challenge!).

The only downside I remeber is that some escorts were not really morning people and getting them to embrace the beginning of the day was not always easy.

Definitely an evening thing for me, I agree with all who feel it's a 'nocturnal activity'. In 150+ hires, I can only recall a few that were daytime.

I really do not care when I meet an escort. It depends on my schedule and theirs. But I must admit mornings are special after an overnight hire. I recently hired a well reviewed escort for an overnight, an escort I had seen before but only for an hour or two. What I discovered was he was not a morning person to my great disappointment.

Mostly evening appointments, usually in the vicinity of 8 pm and for two hours. Have on occasion booked a late afternoon appointment and those tend to be only hour get togethers. Never have arranged for a morning appointment unless you consider the morning after an overnight.

I tend to hire in late afternoon around 3, 4 or 5 pm, usually for two hours. With some of my repeat (favorite) escorts, we sometimes follow up with my treating them to dinner after, if they have no other client scheduled right away. These men have all furnished me with a wonderful BFE, usually during a period of repeat hires and I love talking about myriad subjects with them over a meal. I will make exceptions and adjust for the special guys if their schedules are not conducive to afternoon appointments, though. Afternoons, generally. Some guys have school or day jobs, but I tend think this works better for many of them.

 

At home this only works on weekends but is convenient--I schedule shortly after the gym. On road trips, it allows hookie time from dull conferences.

It's not so much a preference as a matter of what's possible ... I usually schedule in the afternoon for two hours (or somtimese three), most often from 1-3pm.
