I will be bring a friend to visit me for a week this Summer to Orange County (Laguna Beach). He is 67 years old and has Parkinson's. He is bright and has a sparkling personality but is limited in mobility and walks with a cane. I would like to provide him with some "companionship" during his visit. There are some escorts who just focus on their clients needs regardless of the client's physical abilities--that is what I need. Any suggestions?

Try AJ IRONS. I'm 68 and have been seeing him for nearly 3 yrs now. He's very into providing the best experience possible and I'm quite a vanilla guy.

Five Suggestions. I have personal knowledge of all of them. And I think they would all be great.

Oh and by the way, I agree with AJ Irons. I'd probably also agree with Dane, but I've never met him.

I believe the truth of the matter is that most of the well-reviewed escorts who have been in the business for a while are mature enough to handle (and I know a few who have) many kinds of special needs clients with special attention to their specific needs. I actually just asked Raul’s opinion about this and his response was that he would be happy to work with and for this man’s needs but that the more important question should be whether the special needs individual would be sexually attracted to a particular escort.

 

I think if you, bigjoey, know the type of man your friend is attracted to, you should call the well-reviewed escorts who are his type and ask them individually if they would be a good companion for your friend. It’s really not much different than checking with an escort on his sexual limits or scenes. There's not a man mentioned here so far that wouldn't "fit the bill" excellently. But, TruHart's right also. It does depend on client inclinations as well. I'd like to add another candidate. Matt Jacobs recently moved to LA, and he travels to Orange County often. Matt really likes elderly gentlemen, and he, too, has clients with special needs that he truly enjoys taking care of. And I did speak to Matt about this, and he was quite comfortable with the idea.

He is a nice guy but very unexperienced as he was married with children when he was diagnosed with the Parkin's and decided to spend his remaining years as an "out' man. He will be coming to visit me the middle of August and I want to make the trip memorable for him as I do not know how much longer he will be able to travel. I appreciate all the replies.

Make sure to mention the specific need or situation when you enter in communication with your escort.

AJ was traveling at the time. I have been with AJ a number of times and he is wonderful; one of the best.

 

I hired an escort who is now retired and out of the business. He was wonderful and my friend was a very happy camper:). Sadly, my friend is beyond traveling out to California again. His Parkinson’s has progressed to where he rarely leaves the assisted living facility; I would not be surprised if he is in skilled nursing by the end of the year.
