I hope to meet a few of the posters when i get to NY next week. I am also getting to meet KYTop who will be visiting out here before I leave and I am looking forward to that. It would be hard to narrow down to three for me though. I have had such an outpouring of good will from so many during my few months on the board that I could name maybe ten but not less than that.

I've met a couple of the posters here.

 

I've also met a lot of posters on other online communities. There is one rule: They never EVER look anything like you thought they would.

 

In one case, we'd even traded pictures in advance and still had to be introduced to recognize each other.

I've met several of the posters here, including SF Traveller, gulliver, and Ernani. I expect to meet more in the future. So far all my experiences have been positive. Except for Ernani, I didn't have any particular mental picture of them; it really wasn't important since we weren't meeting for sexual purposes! Unless talking about sex is a sexual purpose. . .
