Really? I was looking for a 3rd to join my client & me for an hour of an overnight in Philly recently & I was really disappointed in the quality of the escorts there (translation: they ugly). If you think the selection is bad in Philly, then you definitely don't want to come to Washington, DC! I have only found only a few that peaked my interest here, and not one of them has ever replied to my email. I have always gotten immediate response from escorts visiting here and thus far have only hired them while they were here in DC. I often find good air bargains for short flights to New York, Chicago, Atlanta and Florida where there seems to be a better selection of guys who respond and find that these excursions make for a fun, long weekend. I hate to burst this bubble, but Philadelphia probably has the greatest number of fake reviews. I would agree with others about London. Hell, with their prices, it's worth the round-trip airfare if you plan to hire more than two!! There's a nice selection in southern California and Florida, too, tough.

Seriously - LA isn't too bad, but I'd have to agree with those who say both NYC and London have a wide selection. A lot of skanky element in that large selection (especially in New York from the pics and ads I've seen), but one can usually sift through well enough. But prices in both cities are high.

 

For the best value, and highest per capita concentration of hot escorts - try Columbus, OH, of all places. You'd be amazed. You even get the occasional visiting escort there, amazingly.

Based on simple numeric values and reputation, taking into account a number of factors, I would suggest New York City has every other city in this nation beat. Los Angeles has a high number of escorts but it appears that variety can be greater in the Big Apple. My regular clients who hire in other cities also speak well of New York escorts. I also feel that people who live in New York City have a number of options as most every escort who travels will eventually make it there. Myself, for example, with a trip planned next year.

 

Los Angeles also has that travel factor as does, to a lesser extent, Miami and San Francisco; however some of that travel can tend to be bunched around particular Gay holiday issues or weather trends.

I have been hiring for over a year and even though I Love Montreal the Strippers/escorts can really be hit and miss.

On international - London is fine but still higher priced than some other venues in Europe such as Barcelona and Amsterdam. Moscow is cheaper than all of them, but it is chancy finding a good escort.

NYC beats everyplace else, as far as I am concerned, because of the enormous selection and the fact that one can get to almost any escort's place on public transport. Philadelphia's only real attraction is price--escorts there are still cheaper than in any other major American city, but I agree that the selection is pretty limited. The market there is dominated by two agencies, one of which is greatly superior to the other one, and good independents are hard to find. Abroad, my experience in London was disappointing, because despite the large number of escorts advertising, I found few of the ones I was interested in available during three days of trying to arrange appointments. My best sex for pay experiences have been in Amsterdam.

I can't agree with Marc on this one. I am just back from Montreal. By my cout, for a city to be a good escort place, it must have a good electronic rental market. That market is non-existant in Montreal. Tant pis! So I rank, Amsterdam, London and

Sorry to send you a long way, but I do recommend Sydney, Australia. I would not call all internet-based independant operators "hustlers" Kirk/David to the contrary notwithstanding! That said, I think the Montreal advocates on this site are realy talking about hustlers not escorts.

The pickings are indeed slim in Philadelphia if you are looking for good independent escorts. Premier controls the market in the city, with low prices and generally good escorts. I am not sure that any other major city has an agency as dominant as Premier. That's good and bad. Good because of the low prices. Bad because very few independent escort survive, most that do (Jonathan, for example) once worked for Premier.

 

The cost of housing, food and nearly everything is lower in Philadelphia than most other major cities, but salaries are also lower. I am not a shill for Premier, in fact have not used the agency since Kristian worked for Premier in April. Give Premier credit, it was the only escort agency to ever bring in Kristian as a guest (for five days.) Wonder whatever happened to Kristian, he has not been mentioned on this site for almost 48 hours.

Quite a lot of independent guys advertise on the net, though I ust confess most are with one or other of the brothels/agencies - they all do out-calls as well as in-calls. I tend to prefer these guys - (a) they more usually have pix, and (b) they have been vetted by the brothel-keepers.

It's funny that I generally have the opposite reaction. An "agency" to me is just an electronic pimp. I don't want to deal with a pimp. Not only am I not screening the guy I'm actually going to pay to be with, but I know that some of what I am paying is going to an agency simply for its pimping actions. (And then there is the issue of an agency having my name, phone number, address, and possibly credit card information on file?! No way.)

 

There are some freelance "hustlers" on the 'net, but I think they are not as plentiful as legitimate escorts. From some of the reviews I've read of guys working through agencies, it's clear that an agency booking doesn't guarantee that you aren't going to be "hustled," either.
