One longevity-supporting thing that likely overrides booty-maxxing, seeing as glute fitness is a proxy marker for a broader cluster of health promotion behaviours, is not being in a position to extinguish butts.

There’s also a strong correlation between leg/glutes strength and longevity. Also, a correlation between grip strength and superior cognitive function as one ages. Keep doing those pull-ups, kettlebell swings and, if possible, toes to the bar.

Reminds me of a story a month or so ago about a cruise ship that ended up in St. John, New Brunswick rather than Bermuda. Weather related but were the passengers pissed!
