Ryan Rose arrested again...

I know we've talked before about all his problems with the law, but I can't find the previous thread. 

I remember in all of the thread about him he was a well know flake, possibly consequence of his lifestyle and the fact that he weas able to get away with it.

He made plans with a former forum member once, didn't show up, made plans again, didn't show up and later after talking to him in person at a gay club in Ft. Lauderdale failed to show up a 3rd time.

No, you didn’t just step out of a time machine into 2013. The year is 2026, and former gay porn star Ryan Rose has been arrested once again, this time for assault with a deadly weapon in Florida, of course. That weapon was a gun, and that’s Rose’s mug shot above, following his arrest back on January 8th. While three months have passed, Str8Up only learned of this news today.

Ryan Rose (legal name XXX) is accused of bludgeoning a man with a gun, striking his head multiple times with the deadly weapon and, as Rose himself admitted, “pistol whipping the shit out of him.” The victim and his girlfriend, who lived at the property where the assault took place, were at the location to take photos of their boats that were being stored there, and Rose—who either worked somewhere on the property or lived nearby, it’s not clear—confronted the man after having some kind of previous altercation with him. Details aren’t entirely clear, but based on the arrest report and affidavit below, it appears that Rose took the gun from the victim and beat him with it, then hid the gun inside the house and told the couple to leave. Again, it’s not clear what kind of history Rose had with the victim and his girlfriend, but Rose was not happy to see them on the property.

Police were obviously called, and Rose was charged with aggravated battery with a deadly weapon, a second degree felony punishable by up to 15 years in prison. Here’s the full arrest report from the Charlotte County Sheriff:

It depends on the state. It's been talked about it on here. 

I have also similar issues with some porno websites on and off visible depending on the state

I’m in a state that blocks a lot of porn too. I just use the Opera web browser with built in vpn. Works like a charm.

These are only face pics, his full body pics are probably worse.

True.  I know it's just a mug shot, but assuming it accurately represents him he looks terribly old for someone who is only 40.
