Stop subsidizing people and investors who choose to live and invest in disaster-prone areas!  It'll help restore our environmentally sensitive wetlands and beaches as well.  I'm glad we see eye to eye on this.

You’re in Fort Lauderdale in the middle of a state that regularly gets wrecked by hurricanes and bailed out by the federal government.

So you went from living in donor states to a parasite state that will collapse without regular federal bailouts. I hope you’re incredibly well insured because there haven’t been any bailouts to Red states. They’re just gonna let you all drown.

LOL - I’ve been management since I’m 29 and now I’m a CEO

Man, you must be hard to please if you're the CEO and still firing cocksuckers 😉

Try offering an in-house training program to teach new employees the art of giving a great blowjob 🎓

Unfortunately, I still remember the lethal subway shooting on the NQRW platform on Canal Street the week I was there, just one block from my hotel.  2024 and 2025 visits were so much more pleasant.

You mean the one person who was shot on Canal Street over a year ago? You live in a state with nearly double the rate of homicides than New York (7.2 to 4.3 in 2023). So you don’t care of there’s actually a gun violence issue, you just want troops around to give you a false sense of security?

Yes, that's when I was there... And my hotel was on Canal Street.

It worked.  Even the NYC sidewalks felt less greasy beneath my feet after 2023. I even witnessed NYC police responding to crimes after 2023.  It was a much needed attitude adjustment after the 2020 debacles.

I loved the New York of 2018!  With effort, it will feel that attractive to me and others again someday.

I actually don’t have to do any of those things. I have a unique nonsexual skill set and an amazing team that has grown with the company. When you’re internationally renowned in your field, you don’t need to trade sexual favors for job security.

The difference is I care about other people and don’t want them fired by some douchebag because he finds out they’re gay.

If you’re too scared to come here without wasting our tax dollars on fake security theater, stay in Florida. All the wealthy people are leaving Thursday anyway. I’m sure some will choose to relocate the to financial and cultural hub that is Fort Lauderdale. 😂😂😂

It looks like most of the hot guys I know have migrated from the Big Apple to either L. A. or Fort Lauderdale. Or am I missing something? Austin seems to be another destination where many are fleeing.

Here's an interesting map showing where the largest number of out-of-state residents are from in each state:

Unfortunately, I couldn't find any data specifically showing to where us hot gays are migrating.

I can't speak for the others; but, I left NYC in September and am now in Ft Lauderdale.  It's good to hear my absence has been noticed.

You see? I know there was a trend.

Do not kill me for saying this (I know it won't nice), but I don't find Fort Lauderdale exciting at all. There's just something missing there. Cities like New York and L. A. have the salt and pepper.

Can you document these cases of gays being fired just because they’re gay?

Gentlemen, we've gone down something of a rabbit warren about relative safety, and hinting, not always obliquely, towards political explanations of it. Stick to possible reasons for people leaving, don't debate them, perhaps except to say you wouldn't move on that basis. Different people have different perceptions of risks and different risk tolerance levels. Stick to the core topic.

Agreed, most of Florida, except South Beach is nothing but a boring suburb. The only good thing about FL is the coastline, something other states also have to offer.

I understand why some folks sell their house and move to another state, a million won't get you much in NY but you'd be rich in most of the country. Life is all about choices!

I have been in Austin for 9 years now. I'm waiting for all the hot NYC guys to arrive.  🤪
