I have the same services and they all pay for their own transportation and do not charge travel time or it is worked into the price.  For $300 for an hour, or in most of my hires $600 for two hours, even an hour's commute each way is $150 an hour, which is more  than my accountant gets and my attorney does no travel and I do not get a discount for my travel.  I applaud you if you want to supply these services, but I do not.  I may give extra if the travel is long but certainly no sprung on me just to before the appointment is to occur.
