Well, if you agree to his proposal, he will likely suggest a private room to continue and depending on location it can be anything from $100 to $200. The only way to know is to ask.

I think it widely varies as to the guy and the chemistry you have.    with some you can do a whole lot, all within the  20 dollar per dance time frame.  With others if you want to touch their dicks, it's a 50 dollar charge off the top  - When that is proposed ( it has happened ), i  just give them 20 and end it right then and there

I've had responses that ranged from outrageous $1000 to free.

Around song 4, I once asked a dancer if he was available to come to my hotel room for sex.  He quoted me a very reasonable price (around $100), stating that I already paid most of his fee in tips for his lap dance songs. 

In the past few months at strip clubs (including NYC and other places), I've been quoted prices from hundreds of dollars for a blowjob (which I declined), to $100 for bareback fucking right there in the club (which I accepted).

Don't really know. Bozo isn't even certain it is a permanent change.
